Are Phantom Knights even viable without Scythe locking? Artefact Scythe is placed in decks that are bad so it can give it a slight edge against strong decks. Which also means that if you're forced to go second when the deck is dependant on vomit turbo Scythe lock, you pretty much auto lose because you can't floodgate your opponent. So, my question is whether this deck is playable without Scythe lock and if it is playable going second? If not, then unfortunately the deck is pretty bad.
I like the GY resource playstyle of the deck like the Orcust engine, but if it's dependant on Scythe locking then, I would rather not bother playing it. Same reason why I don't play Protos in my Swordsoul deck. It's lame and almost always forces a surrender. Hence, why I prefer playing the Iris Swordsoul where I can special summon it after activating Chixiao negate effect.
PK have destructions in bardiche, break sword, negate in utopic future (hex doesnt play this), arc rebellion You can counter lot of dark monster in gy like dpe now dharc is available which is very easy to summon in pk So its not dependent only to scythe lock BUT, the deck feels incosistent and underpowered imo compared to a lot of meta decks, it feels rogue tier
For me with the qmount of tutoring this deck has to make plays 40 cards its too little, 50 cards is the perfect medium to give it more consistency with some extenders
Unrelated question am I the only one that can not dismantle cards for bounus cp? I still have 1 halq and 2 enchantress. Dismantled 1 enchantress and it was showing that I would receive 20 bonus cp.
No that is right. You get 10 cp and then as you saw it says on the right “ 20 bonus cp” in yellow text. So you can dismantle your cards and you wil receive 30 cp
Yes having the ability to climb into a unicorn off those two cards alone is pretty great. Even if you get a malicious or denier in hand to start it doesn't hurt since the fusion destiny can pull from hand
I think dragon link took it's place honestly in most player's minds. And DL is a bit more consistent. Branded D, SS aren't really afraid of PK especially if PK is going second.
PK allows for a lot of hand traps and rebellion is an easy otk. Scythe is scythe so it's still strong against 90% of the meta. I don't think you're giving pk enough credit
@@shaunpham1242 not taking anything away from it's power. Just in a best one format, consistency declares the winner. And PK can be stunted by a lot of different hand traps on the road to OTK.
Would like to see you show losing games as well as insert commentary on when to play disruptions to stop the specific archetype
Would love to see a updated combo guide with this deck. Great video
Great vid! That despia game was sweet!
Fun fact i always try to destroy dpe with his effect with the artifact so you can avoid getting kaju or sphere mode
YAAY! MOAR PHANTOM KNIGHTS!!! RIP Rhongo Bongo Plays...-_-
Could u make a new combo guide for them? Please
why link spider i see a lot ppl playing it and i dont uderstand the combo it offers
Is it worth building?
I noticed no Zeus. Do you think it’s considerable to use Zeus in your opinion? Or is there no room?
I use Zeus in my deck instead of Dharc. Zeus has won me some games alone I think he’s such a cracked card that you should try to squeeze it in.

@@saintaraujo8904 thank you it worked out like you said it would.
Is it better to run the 2xmalicious/denier pieces instead of denier/dasher even though u have to have 3 destiny hero monsters instead of just two?

Dasher is not really an option since Celestial is banned I would say.
