In this video we teach you how to setup the Apple HomePod Mini. The Apple HomePod Mini was launched in 2020 and is Apples latest addition to the smart speaker, smart voice assistant market.

The Apple HomePod Mini is available in 2 colors and is approximately the same size as an Amazon Echo Dot.
The HomePod Mini has Siri built in and can respond to questions or voice commands that you ask it. It can also be used to remotely control HomeKit compatible smart home devices like smart thermostats, smart lights and smart outlets.
To Setup HomePod Mini:
1. Have your iPhone turned on and near by the HomePod Mini while you setup the device. Then plug in the HomePod Mini and a pop up should show up on your iPhone for you to setup the HomePod device.
2. Click the Setup Button.
3. Follow the onscreen prompts on your iPhone to setup the HomePod Mini.
4. When prompted scan the blinking light on the top of the HomePod Mini.
5. Congratulations you HomePod Mini is now setup.

If you had set voice recognition with your speech program, then yes! :)
Please note that while it uses a USB Connector it is not standard 5V and cannot run on anything except the provided power supply.

trying to get it to play through my apple music app but plays through the homepod app i cant work it out yet i didnt even know there was a player in the homepod app. it used to play elsewhere.

I'm trying to setup mine, but I keep getting a message, telling me to setup 'Two-Factor Authentication' and Sign in to Itunes', both of which I already did. i can't get past that screen to install Home app. Help?

Hey, go to settings and click iCloud and make sure in iCloud the keychain is turned on.

HomePod mini constantly drops from my Apple TV and I always have to go back into the Home app to add it, this is one of the most poorly designed Apple products in the history of Apple. They really want to lose in home accessories.

You need an iPhone or iPad to set it up

I work and live in a hotel where there is an apartment and I can't connect my homepod mini to the hotel network because the hotel network asks for a login and password and it is impossible to do it through the home pod mini. Do you have any advice on how to do it? homepod mini with hotel network.

Hey greetings, a couple of updates ago for the homepod mini, Apple made connecting to hotel networks much simpler without any codes, in short it bypasses all hotel security systems Home pod mini 😂
