Got to see you in Pittsburgh tonight. Not a fan of some parts as my ears can be sensitive to certain sounds. However, I really enjoyed it overall. (Wish audience was more reactive during the performance.) It was really jazz poetry as you provide such imagery that makes Odessa come alive for the audience. Your piece actually made me feel nostalgic for my own hometown as I heard a bit of what I grew up on in parts like Johnny Costa and Fred Rogers. My early years were shaped by Mister Roger's Neighborhood and Sesame Street along with my parents playing jazz and classical music in the house. Gershwin was especially a favorite warching Rhapsody in Blue portrayed in Disney's Fantasia. I'm not a musician myself but really appreciate the chances I get to hear such fantastic work in person. Thank you for coming and thank you City of Asylum making something so very nice available for those of us who don't have the budget for seeing such great things.

Ось ще одна неймовірно зворушлива пісня. Багато тижнів тому вона відважно співала правду як одна з перших: th-cam.com/video/Qlx7NLcAmSo/w-d-xo.html 🇺🇦💔🇺🇦
