- This Lyft passenger called me every racist term under the sun because I enforced the TOS for the number of passengers I can take. I immediately called Lyft and gave them the info of what had happened. I felt Lyft had my back on this.

For real. I work as a theme park operator and have literally been accused of being racist when their kid didn't meet the height, or I even had one group *I didn't have room for and would place them on the next ride cycle*

@@seand5517 It really took off under Obama, especially when he had to incite more tensions by getting involved with the Trayvon Martin issue saying he could have been his son, then doing the same with Michael Brown. The media was doing the same things then as they do now, pushing hate, except they tried to hide it a tiny bit unlike today where they don't even bother.

Happens to me almost every time I tell black people no. Last time I did I worked at a head shop and this lady would NOT stop asking if she can put her WEED ROACHES in this bong. I kept pretending not to hear for 15 minutes and look in another direction when she kept saying WEED. Obsessed with the cheapest plastic bong that was $12. I really can’t sell to you if you say it’s FOR WEED. I could get arrested and the shop closed down. Super easy to not get denied service. Anyways I kept telling this lady “you can put your CBD bud roaches in there sure” and of course she doesn’t take the hint and loudly says “yes but can I put my WEED ROACHES in here tho?” And I just have to tell her “look maam I can’t sell this to you, you keep saying it’s for weed over and over. Come back in 24 hours with a change of terminology and I can help you” AND OF COURSE without skipping a beat “oh y’all mothafuckas RACIST huh? Y’all ain’t got sht in here anyways! I should’ve known a white boy like you would do me bogus. I ain’t ever coming back to this POS honk-E store again!” Everytime I’ve ever been called racist it’s for minor inconveniences that protect my life or freedom.

@@030607MRA sadly the only cameras running were in the shop and i don’t work there anymore :( I really love my brothers and sisters of all colors, I was partially raised by a black woman and loved her kids and family. I really understand the struggles of black folk and the nuances of day to day life. It really surprises me when I get called racist for just trying to do my basic retail job.

Yeah it was a bit shocking to deal with it. I thought for sure that they were going to report me for “racism” but I never got a call from Lyft. It may be because I immediately called Lyft and told them my side.

I just watched like 10 or 15 bad interactions where passengers were complete douche bags to drivers. When did we lose so much respect for our fellow man. This is really sad how some people act. I've got to give credit to these drivers for the stuff they deal with.
As a black man I will be the first to admit I’m FAR from perfect but I can tell you that I have common sense and respect and courtesy for others.!!!!!! Life is NOT about only ME .!!!!! And this person’s behavior is an example of why good black men are like myself hated because we are all seen as ignorant like this man and it makes me VERY mad 😡.!!!!!!
I know not everyone in a select group whether race, sexual orientation, etc… can be lumped together. All groups, have a select minority, that are foolish and ignorant. No I realized it was in there after another delivery. I contacted Lyft, took it back to their home, and communicated with them it was their.

Mr. Panzarella, this was during the height of COVID and Lyft/Uber had limited passengers to strictly the backseat (no front seat passengers). They have since lifted that and we are now back to the number of passengers that you stated. I wish you well but I’m not lying.
Who the hell carries around a child seat? The driver should have planned ahead and store one in the truck. Unprepared and Unprofessional.
Lol…so I don’t have babies or small children but I should invest my hard earned $$$ into booster or car seats. Yeah that seems like a legit plan; or as an idea…those with small children actually travel with theirs. BTW, you you sure are a psycho…and not so super!
Booster seats can be very expensive, especially if you have to buy one for different sized kids. 1 does not fit all. Rules are rules, and laws are laws. It was the family’s job to have one available, not the drivers. They make just enough to support them and their family they can’t be buying things for other people.
