I'm not actually convinced by it myself. He never actually grabs anything, more just puts his fingertips on your neck, and when he does the "rip" his fingers never move. It looks more like some sort of pressure points thing to me honestly. The sound design might convey ripping out someone's throat, but the animation just doesn't match whatsoever.

A Shin Shoryuken would absolutely kill you. He's punching you straight in the head with eough force to launch you 30 feet in the air. That would decapitate someone in real life. Plus, he's hitting you on the way down which makes it even worse. And that's not even factoring the electricity he's pumping into your skull during the whole thing. You would be headless and deep fried.
Funny thing is that's what Kage's Metsu Shoryuken (same move but stronger from unrefined Satsui no Hado) implies it does. ShinSho ain't any better just because it's less ruthless.

Burter wasn't dead. Just knocked unconscious. Even Recoome was alive. Wasn't until Vegeta decided to be petty and put his knees in Burters neck/chest and blast Recoome that they died.

JP's super was not a suprise to me except for the animations. This guy gives you a Darth Vader chokelift and impales you with spikes but you see your character turning red in the face. The animations are more horrific than the move.
Lets not forget, Ryu also knees you in the gut during his Critical Art adding for more damage to your internal organs. Akuma, well he breaks statues with his fists so hitting anyone is gonna at least send them to a hospital. Hitting them harder will send them to the morgue

One thing about Cammy's level 2 super is that it's toned down from its source material. The move was originally seen in a Street Fighter 2 animated film, where she used it to break a politician's neck. It's meant to kill you outright, but since SF is rated T, it had to be toned down.
Cammy level 2 she just spins on your shoulders, she doesn't actually twist your neck or touch your back. Most painful thing is when her feet dig into the back of your knees.

The thing about a shoulder hip throw is that if you don't know how to land properly, it's GOING TO HURT! You're going to be experiencing hip and lower back pain and depending on how hard you feel some loss of breath. Also, if you don't tuck your head in on the impact, It could lead to a concussion.
I'm surprised at Deejay's placement honestly, the fact that he hits you straight in the head with a spinning kick is enough for a hospital trip, then the multiple square hits to the head and body (mostly in the head plus several downwards kicks into the noggin) in his 2nd Super would probably give you a permanent hospital treatment plus the fact that in his 3rd Super and CA he hits you hard enough in the head to launch you flying several feet into the air and then peppers you with smaller, faster but still strong hits would probably kill a majority of people. Like what another commenter said that uppercut alone would probably decapitate someone.
Juri hitting hard enough to slam you into the wall will keep you from getting up and continuing to fight. Then you landing on her thrusting foot directly in the spine after being sent flying 15-20 feet will at the very LEAST paralyze you for life. Ed punching you that hard in the face will give significant chance for brain injury, broken jaw or facial bones at the minimum with concussion.

Her lv 1 leaves u severely injured and u would probably die if u don't get medical treatment imedietly cuz ur broken bones will puncture ur inner organs (most notably ur lungs and ur heart). Her lv2 to Crit-art just straight up kills you. She snaps ur neck and breaks ur back in her lv2 and in her lv3 and crit-art she breaks ur legs, punctures ur heart and lastly just to make sure that ur dead she kicks off ur head like a football. Very British. U also forgot 2 of Akuma's supers.
I actually want to do a quick correction here: Cammy's LVL2 isn't breaking your neck. The neck is part of the fulcrum-lever method of that hold, but more than anything it is straining the back and leg tendons. The neck is just being used as leverage and is being put in a chokehold. Wouldn't kill the person unless Zangief was doing it, but it would HURT something fierce. I only bring all this up as an MMA guy who thinks that super is one of the more realistic grapples in the game if you remove the startup and shoulder stand animations; you could reasonable jump at a person's knees from behind and go for the neck at the same time and you could achieve that.
So fun fact: sand blasting is an actual thing used to remove rust from metal or any contaminant material from a surface, so for luke to throw that at an ACTUAL person it would hurt like a bullet made of sandpaper

I'd personally put Manon, Guile, Honda and Rashid a tier lower. Manon's moves are more about looking cool than they are about actually hurting, Guile's CA would probably just knock you out, and Honda and Rashid's moves don't look that brutal at all. Enough to stop a normal fight, but not enough to do anything past that. Also Marisa's CA is fatality tier because she just PULVERIZES the opponent's face.
Implying zangief isn't a good wrestler by being dangerous to work with, smh. My mans a professional, he knows how to hit his moves and making it look like it hurts without injuring your partner.

Dahlsim kills you with fall damage i his super 3, and i love the funny faces the opponent makes after getting hit (also i think his super 2 is a bit more lethal, it doesnt pass through the person so that implies that it is a more physical mass of fire-you are getting crushed by a flaming boulder)

In the SF2 movie we have also seen the sonic boom cut through a hut easily too so yeah it is sharp

The knee to the body is actually present in both versions of 6’s ShinSho, it’s just more pronounced in the CA.

Dahlsim kills you with fall damage i his super 3, and i love the funny faces the opponent makes after getting hit (also i think his super 2 is a bit more lethal, it doesnt pass through the person so that implies that it is a more physical mass of fire-you are getting crushed by a flaming boulder)
Dhalsim's flames are an illusion, not actual fire. They feel like they hurt, but he doesn't actually damage you as he doesn't like violence.
