So, I just made these and they are not flat! (Like some gluten free baked goods) They are really good. The texture is like a soft muffin instead of a cookie. I added walnuts to mine. So I'm going to make them again tomorrow but I'm going to try the batter out in a mini muffin tin. I might possibly try it in a bread pan too.

We made this video for you and other people like you! My sister is vegetarian, our friends are vegan and we know so many people who are gluten-free. It's hard to find good recipes. We will try to make more gluten-free dishes in the future.

It depends on the recipe. We usually shoot overhead video of the recipe a day or two before we shoot the two shot. All of the shooting/baking takes on average 3-4 hours. Not including prep and clean up. Editing the videos can take anywhere from 3-5 hours depending.
Angela, were you always so creative, happy, bubbly and always yourself? Because I see you as my idol/model, and I would love to be a lot more like you. A lot of people in my surroundings at a age of 40 and older, seem a lot more serious and worried etc. Idk, it's a weird question maybe, but I wish to be more like you now and when I'm older. You're so great! (BTW Josh you too, but I relate more with Angela because she's a women, if you know what I mean :) )

I thought this was gluten free? Oats are part of the gluten family and people like me with celiac disease get same reaction oats as wheat...plz is there substitute for oats?

Use a little more almond flour...maybe 1/4 cup more. I've never really worked with coconut flour.

Yes! I should have mentioned that. You can definetly substitute the same amount of all-purpose flour for the gluten-free flour.
