Love strawberries and love this cake. Our house often smells like a bakery too because my daughter has a baking blog and every week she is making something new to post on her site. Very hard to live with when you are trying to eat low carb, but fortunately the wonderful smells don't have any carbs! Hahaha! Enjoy all your videos and seeing the new ideas every week.
It is very hard to eat low carb in our house, but luckily we have lots of friends who are more than happy to take some of the baked goods off our hands.

OK!! We live in the strawberry capital of the US. We get so many berries during the season, I love it this recipe because it's a new way to use my berries!! Next strawberry season I will totally make this!! Yummy!!

Just finished making it, it turned out SO good! Next time I make it I think I will add some freeze-dried strawberry powder to the cake batter and see what that does. 😁
