This is my favorite so far and checks all the boxes for me!!!
I think the swivel TV in the bunk room is because it looks like a few shelves for storage behind the TV. I don't think it was meant as an actual swivel but more just to be able to access the storage if that makes sense.

For me, it would be perfection if it had a little separate countertop area for my Keurig, but kudos to these people for leaving space on both sides of the stove for prep

LOVE IT! I love the tall ceilings, I love the porch, I love the steps for the area above the bunk room, I love the desk with the slide out keyboard area, and I love the bed in the slide out b/c it makes for a bigger closet and/or a W/D.
