Hello Sir, good day! We need your support. How to stripe correctly test and control lines on nc membrane for LFIA? We used pbs + trehalose + 0.01% tween. But striping wasn't successful, very weak signal for test line (capture antigen). Our gold antibody conjugate work perfectly on other competitors strips. We've been trying to find an adequate striping solution for 1 year now. By the way we tried adding ethanol, methanol, isopropanol but antigen was denatured. Also 0.01% of surfactant desorbed antigen from binding to nc membrane. Is there another surfactant? Example sodium cholate? Thanks in advance.
