Hombre!!! Couldn’t catch up last night, but I did today… aroma, definitely get the leather up front, along with overall earthiness, sweet fruits (grapefruit, citrus), hint of Parmesan, and agave. On the palate, sweet cooked agave, some of the leather, earthy and minerality, citrus, white pepper, and mint… nice long minty finish… And this is just the neck pour, this will continue to open up nicely… amazing experience!!!
