Hey I'm in LPN School now. Almost done with my 3rd week. What you're talking about I'm learning in Fundamentals. AD-PIE. 7 exams so far, all A's & 1 B.
There's definitely a pay difference. I only worked as an agency nurse when I did LTC as a RN but for agency the pay was about $10 difference, more depending on what you did. Sometimes I picked up RN supervisor shifts and the pay was about $15 more than an LPN shift.
What differences have you seen in the work that a LPN vs RN does in nursing homes?
