wow. Found you at random as i recently picked up the necromantic horrors and i was looking for some inspiration. Neat video, clear n crisp angles. good commentary. i find it good because i'm not a beginner and im not a pro painter and these images give me ideas on doing interresting shades and highlights. a good combo of "i put more work here in contrast to there" which gives me plenty of inspiration. subscribed and belled!
looking forward to the upcoming videos!

Like how you go through the thought process of your painting. Also no wonky youtuby edits, just straight to the point.

Really cool tutorial which had me buy quite a few paints to start painting my necros : )) For the 1st step with Rakarth Flesh, can I ask how many layers you slapped on? I did 3 thin layers but I'm not sure if I should apply the Drakenhoff Nightshade just yet as it Rakarth Flesh does not have the best coverage due to the black primer underneath. Do I want a nice even Rakarth Flesh color visible of are 3 thin coats enough?

I'd certainly get the Rakarth totally flat and thoroughly covering before you shade it, yeah. I think it was about 3 layers for me.

Thank you very much to take the time to produce your videos AND to answer comments such as mine. I really appreciate it (and your channel) and you have my sincere thanks! I'll make sure the coats are flat and even before moving to the next step : )

Amazing work on miniature. You explained and shown process of painting really well, but im disturbed by "you". I think less screen time of you talking (not showing miniature) would be better and save that for start and end. Still amazing video and I'll watch more.
