    Thank you for such extensive info on glaucoma. I've been experiencing flashes of lights when I blink and recently a very painful left eye which I initially associated with sinus pressure but now I think I need to go see eye doctor. I'm worried now cause I once went totally blind for a single day when I was 12 yrs on my way from school, my gran gave me some laxative and I was fine the same night. I know how blindness is. Video is my wake up call, thanks a lot

      They say so. Not much research has been done (like clinical trials). But quite a few people were helped. It is expensive though.
      Please check online the 'Pure vision method'. It will explain the true causes of glaucoma, and gives a 12-week self-help course where the person can address the various factors that cause the problem. (I am not affiliated with them.) To me, it seems the best and most comprehensive method.

    Why is hypertension considered a risk factor, when studies claim that low blood pressure worsen’s glaucoma.

    • @marcsecrest6967
      @marcsecrest6967 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Both do. Hypertension can damage the nerves by too much pressure, Hypotension can suffocate the nerve basically.

    Thank you very much for your explanation, Doctor. I would you like to know your opinion about holistic treatment for glaucoma because I found two clinics in Germany with a high cost treatment and I would like to know if you consider this as a real efficient treatment? And what about stem cells?

    • @shaileshgm1925
      @shaileshgm1925 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      blood circulation also plays a role in glaucoma progression. some of the holistic treatments can help in improving it. Any method which can halt the progression of glaucoma is worth taking it

    • @Kamadev888
      @Kamadev888 ปีที่แล้ว

      Savir centre (Magdeburg) is an option that is more holistic and not so expensive. The other method with using light impulses (I forget the name but they have a clinic in Berlin) is more expensive and might not be so holistic.
      However, the most inexpensive and complete method I've seen ($400, including course and special supplements for 1 year) is the 'Pure vision method'. Check it out online.
      It will explain the true causes of glaucoma, and gives a 12-week self-help course where the person can address the various factors that cause the problem. (I am not affiliated with them.) To me, it seems the best and most comprehensive method.

I'm in a lot of pain and have gone blind in that eye. But what I've learnt only over the last year from a man who was fixing my car is that certain foods can bring pressure right down - so I eat a bowl of blueberries every morning which I buy frozen from super market, I take vitamin A in capsule form and I get aloe vera tablet form which I ordered from Amazon, along with and Lutein and Zeaxanthin combined. My pressure in good eye has gone down rapidly and stayed down for 8 months now. I couldn't believe it. I also try to avoid stress which is easier said than done. and have cleaned up diet a lot, because my body gets very inflamed if I don't. Hopefully like me her pressures will go down and she can get of those awful drops that make your eyes so sore and have many bad side effects. God bless

After 3 months of continued use, these eye drops made me feel dizzy in the morning and my eyes get red and itchy. Yes once you stay on the drops to lower the eye pressure.... The night pressure is what causes the blindness

    Most relevant and useful video info especially for older people who commit the serious mistake of presumption that if their visionis20/20 they feel somewhat 'confident' that they don't have yet any serious eye disease like glaucoma.

      am now 60 and was told about your age I had it, I've had 7 eye opps and have two valves in left eye and three in right eye which is now destroyed after last implant. Lazer also which never did a thing. now left in a lot of pain and have gone blind in the right eye. But what I've learnt only over the last year from a man who was fixing my car is that certain foods can bring pressure right down - so I eat a bowl of blueberries every morning which I buy frozen from supermarket, I take vitamin A in capsule form and I get aloe vera tablet , which I ordered from Amazon, along with and Lutein and Zeaxanthin combined. God bless

    I was just diagnosed with glaucoma and cataract following my diabetes condition. I haven’t received drops or any suggested treatment. The doctor only said I need to control my blood sugar, exercise and come back in 1 year for follow up checkup. Why don’t I receive treatment right away to prevent it’s getting worse?

    Is prolonged stress a factor in the cause of glaucoma?

    • @Kamadev888
      @Kamadev888 ปีที่แล้ว

      They say it could be. Please check online the 'Pure vision method'. It will explain the true causes of glaucoma, and gives a 12-week self-help course where the person can address the various factors that cause the problem. (I am not affiliated with them.) To me, it seems the best and most comprehensive method.
