Thank you! You made this process easy to follow and I was able to do it myself and saved at least $50 having someone do it for me. Well done on the video.
Thank you for this very helpful video. I ran into an issue - the screw will only go into the wall about halfway. There appears to be some obstruction inside the wall in the location that I need to place them, and I obviously don't want to try to force them in. One workaround that I can think of is using shorter screws, but would they provide enough support? These types of vertical blinds are rather heavy.
I believe so, yes. I live in an apartment building, and from the outside I see that many units here have vertical blinds, so there must be a way. Maybe they used shorter screws? Only solution that I can think of.
We have 84in blinds. Where do we put the brackets so the blinds just touch the floor??? There is nothing in the directions that tells us how high up to mount the headrail brackets.

Glad it was helpful!
Did an inside install there was not enough room to place the plastic valence holder.
Is there another way to attach vanence?
This video just helped me out a lot
Great!
Would be nice to know how high to hang the mounting clips...
depends on the length of your binds
Perfect. Thanks.
Glad it helped!
Curious to how you decided where, at what height to place those initial brackets
it depends on the length of your blinds and how far you want them to be from the floor....
Exactly. This video just shows the obvious. How do you determine where to install the mounting brackets!?
@@CreativeProcessDIY pole opener comes at left side ? Also can you slide everything to one side???
I was unsure whether or not it's bad practice to mount the clips into dry wall instead of the wooden trim around the door. Thank you for reassuring me
thanks for watching!
Thank you so much ❤

👍
Thank you!!
You're welcome!
Thanks very helpful

How many inches above the door to install the brackets?
It depends on the length of your blinds and also how far you want them to be off the ground....
How many inches between the brackets?
it will depend on the size of your door

Attach one blind to the headrail. Attach the bracket and measure.
You can't see how you attach the the valance plates and the valance
Thanks
