How to solve Error E9-04 [ RQQ-TYM ] Daikin VRV 4

Brand : Daikin
Model : RQQ12TYM
Error : indoor E9 , outdoor E9-04
Symptoms : all indoor unit are blinking and not cooling, outdoor not working.
Cause : EEV coil Y1E (main) faulty

Hello Bon! I have VRV 3 inverter RXQ12PAY1, with 3 indoor units. The capillary tubing is welded but after top up gas, inverter compressor is able to run, but standard compressor always cannot start/ or sometimes (only 1 or 2 time during test run), run for only few minutes and will cut off. No error appear, but indoor not cooling.
Indoor thermistors checked readings ok. High side around 350-400psi. Low side meter reading dk why very high around 200+ even for other VRV when compared.
Possible to help if what could caused this?

Daikin vrv-4 total -17 nos of fcu mater unit error code show -l5-07 all remote control show -l5 but itm got error code l5-07 some unit show l5 only which is correct sir
