I don’t know how I missed this vid. Damn. You are an amazing musician. I know I’ve said that before but damn. Inspirational. I’m never gonna get out the woodshed. Thanks.
sure thing! I have 3 li'l chuck albums plus one being released in a couple of weeks. plus a harmonica album... everything links from here...www.backyardmusic.co.nz/
Really nice Chuck. I love your simple uncluttered style. I played this so I can join in with my harp, but you've inspired me to break out my old slide guitar (gathering dust for a couple of decades due to my busted up fingers) to see if I can learn something again.
Aahaa! you nailed it... I have been inspired by Bluegrass banjo for years.... I did play at a very basic level many years ago and have been meaning to get back into it....
@@lilchucktheonemanskifflema2214 Holy Moly! Didn't expect to hear from you. I love your slide and harmonica playing! Been playing acoustic since 1976 and always wanted to learn to play slide. Your instruction video with the open G tuning has got me started on the right path. Thank you so much. mike
Instrumentally it sounds simple but very effective and atmospheric with a great voice like Van Morrison.
Cheers Leen!
One of the best covers of this song I’ve heard. Fantastic.
Thank you for your kind words :)

I'm a little confused...if his little red rooster is gone, why would you drive "her" back home? Howlin' Wolf clearly says "him".
Thanks for checking in, please don't be confused. :)
