How has recovery been for you? I got injured a few months ago but kept going to the gym and what not. Still in a bit of pain but I restored full range of motion recently (been out of the gym for a monthish time)
@@stjepanjakic5726 how has it been, I got mine in March of this year so its been 4-5 months, I didn't do anything for the first 3.5 months and nothing improved, I did pull ups one day and that's when my wrist got really bad. I got mine from pulling cable underground I am a cable tech so it was a work injury. I've gone to physical therapy and I'm currently doing therapuddy, hammer exercises, stretches, and using a wrist widget 24/7. I've been rehabbing the injury seriously for about 3 weeks and I feel like I have made very, very, very little progress. I got x-rays done and nothing came up, I'm going to have a MRI done in a couple of weeks if my wrist pain doesn't improve. I only feel pain when pushing my wrist back or front like for a push up.
@@dr.rohitsomani4675 been tempted to go private and get an mri , using bpc 157 and tb500 at the moment to see if that heals it, seems to be helping. i can do pressing exercises but still not pushup position.
@5driedgrams literally was just doing a flat dumbbell chest press , same weight as every other week , wrist didn't bend back awkwardly or anything but something cracked, popped, shifted who knows. after a week the pain started to kick in then i started getting tendinitis symptoms in both arms and even pinching a baby bottle killed my wrist and i had no strength in it. im not sure how long its been now maybe 10 weeks? i started taking bpc157. tb500 and even an ostarine cycle at 15mg a day and i think that helped a lot , i think the ostarine also helped me keep muscle while having to train lighter.
I don't even kneed to do that. I just pick a up my phone, a plates, do dishes basically any movement and it hurt, burns and gets stiff. Im going for a xray soon as they need to fix there machine. I do fall alot so I could have been wearing it down and raking is just what it need to damage it. Right now it's a stinging pain Burts Hella bad. Iv tried putting heat on it didn't work and put it in a wrist band and that made the pain 10 times worse. I had to take it off after a few hours cause it hurt to much the pain was going to my elbow. Sucks I'm always having issue. Had surgery in my spine a few months ago now this issue. I'm going need to by me bundle wrap or something lol
Think I finally found what is wrong with my wrist

I can't even get into a push up position without my wrist feeling like all the bones are crushing never mind lifting my body up in a dip position.
