    The exact place he's holding at 4.50-51 is where a lump appeared. It feels like something that is there just thickened/hardened and is painful.

    Two years ago I wrecked a motorcycle at extremely excessive speeds and sustained 7 compression fractures throughout my thoracic spine. Stable and I had no surgery. I used the brace as directed and it’s only hurts sometimes. However both my wrists hurt BAD every morning! Progressively getting slightly better throughout the day and sometimes they almost stop hurting before I go to bed, but pushups are outta the question at anytime! And without fail I cannot hardly turn a door knob in the mornings.. When I press on pinky side I get a sharp pain and my mobility as well as my strength have been affected quite a bit. Would you think this is a tfcc??
    I appreciate your opinion on my inquiry and taking the time to read and respond to it.

      Most days yes. If I happen to not sleep or even not sleep well I tend to be a lot better until I sleep again

    Hey. What can I do if I have had pain on the ulnar side of the wrist (flexor side) for 6 months. It hurts when I do supination and when I am hanging in the underhand grip. The supports do not hurt. Taking a break from exercise and antiflammatory drugs doesn't help. Is this FCU or can it be something else? What can I do more to treat it? Thanks :)

    At 6:37 you are still talking about the extensor carpi ulnaris? Or is it flexor carpi ulnaris? Its written extensor but you talk about flexor.

    My pisiform bone and my thumb pain caused me to go to the doctor. Thank you for explaining exactly what it good on. And why both sides of my right hand were in extreme pain causing me to wake ace bandage s and brace. After my injections 2 weeks ago, the pain is just miner now. You comment about opening jars is spot on. I have a pliers and oil filter changing tool in my kitchen now. I am 66 and very active.

    I couldn't understand the conservative treatment for ECU Tendinitis. DIdi you say reduction of the the tendons? What is that?
    Also, I think you have an incorrect title for the FLEXOR CARPI ULNARIS TENDINITIS.

    I injured my wrist almost two months ago playing tennis. I reached for a back hand and instant injury. Now I've recovered. Took almost two months. If you play tennis long enough this will happen as long as you are a competitive player. If you are a pusher this won't happen.

    What about occasional chronic bilateral pain on the inside of the wrists that feels like blood vessels are swelling coming down from the inside of both elbows?

    Hello sir , I have a request
    Please make a video about *uneven shoulders, * uneven traps, *uneven angles between two Clavicle bone and also *uneven chest .
    1) my left trap muscle is very tight, but my right trap is comparatively very loose. Because of tight left trap muscle now I spent most of time to deal with pain.
    2) my right Clavicle bone is completely more downword . I think the joint between Clavicle and Manubrium bone. in not enough strong. I can feel it.
    3) and the chest size ratio is 8:9 . Right side bigger.
    Sir please make a video about that problems .

      I would suggest looking into scapula & hip tightness- particularly stretches for the two. Posture is probably playing a role too; look into practicing retracting/depressing the scapula as being hunched over can mess with your scapula & shoulders (and the other things you listed). Also adding strength training to address the muscular asymmetries can help!

    My thenar eminence area swells up whenever I do repeat activity and subsides after massage. As far as I'm concerned it is not carpal tunnel. So what can be the diagnosis please suggest.
