Its funny that im watching this. Journaling is simple coz u can do anything u want in it but at the same time that reason makes it feel complicated. Often times i feel lost when im about to start to journal lol so here i am 😂😂😂

i journal on and off because of my hectic, un-planned, schedule and saw this video! i definitely want to make it into a habit, even just a weekly one if i really cant handle a daily one, so these tips are generally really good!
