    Absolutely in love with the last spread combining the sleep, mood and habits! this totally make sense for noticing patterns, for example when you don't get enought sleep your mood can be down and don't have the energy to do the habits as well. Thank you and happy new year!

    I stumbled upon your channel and got sucked in lol I had never heard of Bullet Journaling before. Over the several decades I have been trying to find a paper way, then eventually an app to help me be more unchaotic in life. I was all over the place and nothing I tried ever worked. After watching some of your videos I decided to grab the BuJo book, a journal & a few things to start off with. I absolutely ❤️ your minimalistic spreads and plan on incorporating them to my journal. Thank you for sharing all that you do here. I also love how you have started into share faith BuJo ideas, definitely something I am interested in ... thank you!

    Thank you for this! I love how you focus more on the purpose of the spreads rather than appearance. I once tried to make an intricate design for some of my spreads, and whew, wasn't it exhausting. Haha. Thankfully that didn't stop me from keeping a bullet journal.
    For me, the daily log is kinda fused with the brain dump, simply because I always end up jotting down everything in my head while writing on the daily log. But creating sections for each day is indeed a good idea to keep the spread neat and organized!
    On the other hand, I tend to make a gratitude log as a separate spread because it helps me see the bigger picture. It's useful especially when I'm going through a difficult time.

    Loved your combined trackers! As for me, I find the brain dump section very counterproductive, as I already have a very structured way of thinking, so putting everything in such a broad section only makes things more chaotic for me. Whenever I want to track ideas or spontaneous thoughts, I do it in dedicated pages, like "ideas to decorate my bujo", "strategies to cut my spending", "night time routine", etc.

  • @antisnotabug

    Finally, truly minimalist layouts! Thank you, nicely done. I have my months down to 4 pages now. Monthly Log, To do list/appts and usually two pages for daily logs. Found that the weekly logs were too similar to the Monthly so eliminated those. Have a collection for debt payoff, blood pressure monitor and Christmas card/spending list. That's it! Much more likely to keep this up than my original "fancy" BuJo's.

    The book is great, but you're videos totally bring it to life. I'm going to take a week with a cheap notepad just to do daily journal and then switch to my better one I bought once I'm happy to begin and not waste my time. You're experience is so helpful. I'm going to watch more. I have done loads of research on this and journaling for the last week. As a Google keep fan which I dump everything in with good titles(feels like 7 years worth. As long as Google keep began! ) this is going to be so fun and equally beneficial to me. Google keep is not connecting enough for me, I want it all in one journal now.

    Hello from France, Claudia!
    It's been a while I've been following you and I guess I never wrote anything just because I was just Brown away by how mature and pragmatic you are while keeping spiritual. I, too, enjoy simplicity in my bullet journal even if I am artly skilled. Art goes somewhere else and I keep my journal as simple as possible. I tried the rolling weekly for the first time and found it very interesting.

    I've never been a fan of BuJo (but I like to watch videos about it LOL). I'm too lazy to do all the setups. I prefer a planner and add my own doodles/stickers here and there. I often wonder, though, if one BuJo would hold an entire year, because the weekly and daily spreads alone would take up a lot of space already. On a separate note, I'm curious if you ever think about making a video about a commonplace notebook.📓 I'm pretty sure everyone has at least one commonplace book but doesn't know what it's really called. (I call it a junk notebook, and I suspect many others do so as well!) 😄Anyway, happy new year 2023! 🎆

    • @claudiaspaurel
      @claudiaspaurel  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I think if someone were to use a bujo for an entire year, they would probably mostly do weekly spreads! And yes I kinda do use a commonplace notebook! I use my old bullet journal notebook as my place to brain dump/brain storm - there's an occasional to do list in there, but it's mostly scribbles. I use it as my 'junk notebook' as I'm transitioning to using the hobonichi techo planner!

    Hi Claudia, can you please suggest some minimal spreads for a lazy student like me 😂 the thing is I need spreads that aren’t very time-consuming because after I come home from school, I have to go for tuition classes, then i come back home and i have my self-study and revision session, so i have a pretty tight schedule and it’s pretty hard to fit planning into it. I got a notebook (not a printed planner) for my 2023 planner which already has a 2023 calendar. Then I wrote my 2023 resolutions on a page.. Can u please suggest some more spreads that doesn’t take much effort and aren’t time-consuming?

    • @claudiaspaurel
      @claudiaspaurel  ปีที่แล้ว

      I have a video on school-related bujo spreads! 😊 But I'll try to come up with ideas for another video. If it's too time-consuming to make spreads from scratch, would it be better next time to perhaps buy a planner? I totally understand how it can take up a lot of time to set up spreads!
