I recently exposed an acquaintance of mine for sexually harassing girls online, and lying about it. The following day, my best friend (who is friends with that acquaintance) was too afraid to speak out with me, and hold the acquaintance accountable. So, I lost my best friend. That was my payment for speaking out the truth, the truth that LITERALLY tens of other people have been too afraid to say, which leaves the victims in the dust. When you speak the truth, and call out someone for who they are, you will often face so much unintended backlash, and lose the people closest to you, but you'll at least know you had more guts to do good
I haven't watched this video yet, but I want to let you know that I was waiting for your new videos. Your videos always feel like therapy and kind of provide validation to me.
There is some kind of rare quality and depth in all of your videos (those I've seen anyway). Please keep going and try to maintain that high quality standard of your's. (Sorry if my english sounds strange Im french 😉)
Thank you for the video. I think we really have to be reminded (or remind ourselves) of people who were’t afraid to tell the truth and we do our best to be such a person, too Best wishes
"With or without religion, good people can behave well and bad people can do evil; but for good people to do evil - that takes religion." Steven Weinberg (theoretical physicist)
That a person is a conscience and becomes a higher consciousness shows we are innately designed in a spiritual state which is our soul? Mankind has always been afraid of what they don't understand
Thanks much for bringing your voice of Soul Here again. 🙏🏻🙏🏻 Honest Love from depth Souls. Holy IS the Heart of children. Dont understand Humans with their Religions, coz If their Hearts are empty...for me deep Souls, filled Hearts IS kinda Holy. Just saying. And I Dont mind humankinds "Religions" If their Religion does No Love No Compassion No Gratitude, No truth ... Just saying. 💚🤍🌟
So even though this isn't a story of blasphemy and heresy (as those relate to religion), it is a story of myself speaking out and being hated for it by atheists, spiritualists, and religious people (surprisingly enough agnostics seem to be the most chill type of people I've run into). So, I've actually founded my own religion (Flawlessism), which is both a religion and a philosophy, a perfect blend of the two, but it also has two sects, an atheist sect and a theist sect (I've founded both, but I only believe in the atheist sect). I have run into so many, many people who are atheist and think because I believe in a faith-based religion, that means I'm not atheist, because to be atheist means to be non-religious to them, and no matter how much I try to explain this is not the case, I just receive hate in response (so I give up trying to convince them). And then I've run into others who have told me that religion and philosophy are not the same thing, but this is because they define religion in a way that isn't academically correct, saying that a religion must have God or Gods in it, and refuse to listen when I try to give them videos on TH-cam for easy learning from academic sources, saying that TH-cam isn't trustworthy. I get atheists who tell me that atheism has nothing to do with belief, that belief is not required to be an atheist, which is actually false. Atheism is like theism, in that theism is to put all beliefs of God and Gods into one category to make things easier to understand, and atheism is to put all beliefs that no God or Gods exist into one category to make things easier to understand. Yes, it's always possible that in the future someone will prove without a doubt that it's impossible for God or Gods to exist, making atheism no longer require belief, but that hasn't happened yet. +++ I'd also like to add that there are people who think that science doesn't require belief (You've actually once made a video about why you think that science doesn't require belief). In science, faith is not about belief without evidence, but trust in a system that has been shown to be reliable for gaining knowledge, with the understanding that this system is open to refinement and evolution. And it's that trust in the system of science which requires faith that evidence is worthwhile in having faith in. So, when a scientist says to believe in the science (if they are doing so correctly) they are saying to trust in the system of science, not trust [them] that they are right. +++ In a basic sense, one of the foundational assumptions of science is that there is an objective reality that can be studied and understood. If this assumption were wrong, for example, if reality were a complete illusion or a simulation, then the entire system of science could be seen as unreliable for understanding "true" reality. Similarly, science assumes that the laws of physics are consistent across time and space. If this were not the case, then the predictions and theories built upon these laws would be unreliable. However, it's important to note that while science makes these assumptions to function, it also provides the tools to test them. Should evidence emerge that challenges these foundational assumptions, the scientific method allows for the revision or even complete overhaul of existing theories. So, while science is reliable based on its foundational assumptions, those assumptions themselves are open to scrutiny and potential revision.
I identify as an INFJ. At least it seems to describe me better than any other personality type. But I have an issue with it. I don't understand how it is possible for one person who identifies as an INFJ to be strongly religious whilst another person who also identifies as an INFJ identifies as strongly non-religious. It feels like there needs to be some sub-categories for personality types. Potentially, at some point in history, one INFJ could have supported a ridiculous accusation of blasphemy resulting in the execution of another INFJ.
I was raised as a Catholic. The Catholic church has Never had women in its hierarchy. There was a period of time, when I was very young, that I wanted ti be a nun when I grew up. Then I learned that nuns (women) had to obey priests, Just because they are men. I was offended by that, and that was the end of that nun ambition! 😅😅

As an intellectual blasphemer, loved this. Thanks.
🎉Happy independent thought day Every day!! 🎉💫🎇🌅✨💫🎉
The golden rule is mere words to make them feel good. Hypocrites to the depths of hell.

Ironic, the number of times I, as an atheist, cried "Jesus Christ" while watching this.
Have some humility for Christs sake. Get your goddam act together. Jesus Christ on the cross
