I didn’t think this song would be on TH-cam, but I searched it and I’m so glad I did When I was growing up I had camp, camp felt more like home to me than my real home ever did, I met so many sweet people, very few I keep in contact with still. But I can vividly picture every time camp was coming to an end, singing this song while the sky was dark and the camp fire was just about to be put out on the last night. I can remember all the other campers who wouldn’t be coming back crying I never did get to say goodbye to camp, Covid hit and I wasn’t able to do my last couple years there although I wished I could. It’s silly to say these memories will stay with me for a lifetime but they will, there were so many games, stupid little jokes and amazing times I had there, I can still picture the whole layout with my eyes closed, I’m a better person because I was signed up for camp all those years ago.
