Just my 2 cents, I think if the first 3 minutes of the video are you promoting and selling products, most people are highly unlikely to stick around or subscribe. Probably find a subtle way to sneak the selling throughout the video or atleast a bit shorter.

I have a lantern, usually to my left but am experimenting... the overall light in my room is a little dark anyway, but I feel like the light can be a lot closer to me to my left. Considering a strip box so it can get closer, but might make for a strange catch light. Anyhow my key is pretty high up about 7 feet.

Doesn’t come with a tripod you mean? It should be in the package, but otherwise you can just lean it against the wall. That’s what I’ve done with my setup as I don’t have the space to put the tripods
