Acrylic and Gold Leaf Painting // DIY Art

I wanted to experiment with a painting technique I've seen across a few channels, using a canvas to let the paint run off the edges to create natural swirling shapes. I created two pieces with this technique and then applied some gold leaf to highlight the natural patterns that emerged.
This is a very easy do-it-yourself project - all you need is a canvas, paint that is thinned, and some gold leaf sheet with the appropriate adhesive. To finish these off, I added a small frame on each.
