Given that he has committed fraud, he should be behind bars. You need to make an example out of such people or else such scams will keep happening. Harshad mehta scam is one such example. You might be great business man or pioneer but if you have such poor ethics, i don't think such people should be celebrated.
Also what most people don't know is that bharatpe wasn't Ashneer's idea. He just bought the majority stakes from the two co-founders who started the company and threw them out. But, who cares. As long as someone has tons of money, they are our idol 💕

One thing regarding the Kotak mahindra bank case that the Kotak mahindra bank reported that they can not provide the loan amount at the 11th hour while they were earlier providing the same type of loans to Ashneer for previous investment opportunities and hence he had no place else to go.The loan amount was 500cr for the nykaa IPO which could have profited him 5000 - 6000 Cr. Imagine what you would have done if had faced such loss due to your bank. It was incompetency of Kotak mahindra employee and their bank, that they deal with such big clients with minimal professionalism.
The fake invoice case does seem valid and more investigation should be done.
How could he make a profit of 5000 to 6000 crore on investment of 500 crore. Nykaa ipo listed at nearly 70% premium, which is around 350 crore not 5000 crore.
It's not incompetency but it's all about corruption in the banking sector as well.. Bloody they also know everything but want to manipulate many rules for their personal benefit..
First of all there are legal procedures for everything in a system. Abusing employees over phone calls is not the harbinger of any solution. Just because you built a company does not mean you are at the top. Humbleness is something which should be in blood
