What’s New in the 2024 Tesla Model 3 Refresh

We took a test drive of the new, refreshed Tesla Model 3, also known as Project Highland, and compared it to my current Model 3!
The new Model 3 Refresh comes with a ton of new features and new looks, as shown in the video. Most noticeable may be the new headlights, new taillights, ventilated seats, and a rear screen for the backseat.
Other notable features that are new on the Tesla Model 3 Refresh include the steering wheel, which include no stalls and plenty of extra buttons on the wheel itself to control the vehicle, and the lack of floor mats.
The Model 3 refresh, or project highland, officially puts the old Tesla Model 3 in “legacy” mode - which means they are no longer being made!
At the end of the day, the drive feels the same - this new car is still a Model 3, but all the bells and whistles it now comes with makes it that much more competitive to all the other EV’s and vehicles on the road today.

The Long Range Dual Motor version comes with floor mats. You’re in the base RWD model.

Did you happen to try any of your existing old M3 accessories) to see if they fit the new Highland? For example mats, center console trays, etc. Would be good to know need to purchase "highland" accessories at premium prices.

@@vegasteslafamily been on the market since Jan, would have quickly purchased a Model Y if it were refreshed but as it’s not I’m not sold on purchasing a model which is waiting an update, test driving the M3 tomorrow!

Can you turn off the led strip? It's the only thing I don't like about the Model 3 Refresh. Also, if you don't mind sharing. How much do you have left to pay off your old model 3?
Honestly, I’m not sure if you can. If you can’t, the glare still comes from the plastic strip anyway during the day.

Ambient lighting can be turned off, on or set to auto. Auto is where the brightness matches the brightness of the screen.

All the other reviews say the test drives are better bcuz of upgraded suspension and quieter cabin.

@@vegasteslafamily Yeah, I feel like the S is the hardest Tesla to justify buying. I rented an S Plaid for the day and although the speed was amazing, the rest of the car didn't really impress me that much considering the $125k price tag. The new Model 3 has arguably better tech and is a smaller, easier to drive car that I believe also has better styling.
Model s long-range.
Has has a hatchback opening much more room You also get about 55 more miles of range As well as a lot more horsepower. You also will have a smoother ride with the air suspension. And the front screen tilts and multiple directions.
I'm sure I am missing something but Those are the big points that I can think of.

Bruh, great video. But if you’re looking for a career as a reviewer and you want people to take you seriously, grammar is key. More sleek, or sleeker. Easier, or more easy. More smooth, or smoother. The “er” implies the “more”. Stop using both. Only saying this because the info you deliver is great, but I found myself wanting to stop watching.
