im not a 100% political neither religious person. But Goshhhhhh just love food.....and extremly love a passion is born in every dish that i see in this videos. Just so simple yet so good.
Proper video man... i liked almost everything with it.. but there are some couple of Tibetan dishes that you MUST try.. like the DHOPA KHATSA(this is bomb) , SHAPTA (Beef stir fry) both of these dishes go extremely well with the Hot Soft Bun ... Then there is the famous Gyuma (this is like a Tibetan hot dog) but with more flavour and more nutritional .. I live in Canada but if i lived in India, i'd be eating these food all the tyme..
I loved the new recipes. I just didn't agree of you having thrown out/wasted the chicken broth, which came out of boiling the chicken at the beginning.!

Also if Dalai Lama is the spiritual leader of Buddhist across the world then Pope is also the spiritual leader of Christians all over the world.
