- In this video I demonstrate how a hard hat can be assembled. When I assemble this hard hat in my video, I show how I insert the suspension and lock it into place. I also show how I can tighten and loiosen this hard hat.

What... you couldn't follow the incredibly wordy and cryptic instructions on one side of the half clear garbage bag the hard hat came in coupled with the 13 horrible illustrations plus two more sets of instructions on the other side of the bag???

I need to learn how to put one on myself as in my head cuz Imma need that for myself when Im working on an engineers job.
Like I don't understand exactly how to secure mine onto my head it keeps slipping and tightening it etc in the proper fashion so im able to do my field work effectively and efficiently without any issues. I'd love if you could do a video on that a simple demonstration or something specific showing us all how to put in on.
Im trying to get it right with the strap and fitting it perfect so I can do my thing without worrying you know the one I own and have is from Open Reach JSP Type Class C. that's the detail written and stickers with what im stuck with at the moment right I desperately need to learn from you how so an instruction video is essentially what I need bro thank you.

Man.. thanks a lot for this. Had a corporate trip event to the field and we were given hard hats not only for safety but for us to keep as souvenirs and after three years I finally get to do it right. LOL.

I’m a volunteer with a hiking trail crew near Mt. Baker WA. I need to wear a hard hat for my work and had to learn how to install the inner lining. It is as hard as a Rubik cube in my estimation. Finally watched this video and figured it all out. Thank you.

Thanks for this video, I actually bought a hard hat for an alternative use: Auto detailing lol! Maybe other guys are more careful, but I had my fair share of bumps against the car's door ceiling edge let's call it and boy them bumps hurt like hell. This was more prevalent when I used to work at the car wash

The inner part of my hard hat didn't have a knob, so I accidentally put it in backwards, and I can't get the one on the front right side of the bill (if the hat is facing towards me) out, any tips?

My hard hat says: "CERT. MOD. ANSI/ISEA Z89.1-2014" so would this mean that even though I bought a "new" hard hat, it is not infact new?
