Well, for you and me it seems evident. You lost your brother this way, so don't do it, but living trough it might be really different. I've always felt like if you can somehow prove that someone is accusing someone of something with malicious intent or just to cause an issue for that person, they should be charged with false accusations and the sentence should be exactly what they're accusing the other person of. If you accuse someone of rape, you should receive the very same sentence you tried to put on someone else when you know they didn't do anything. It can be hard to prove in most situations I guess, but it would be a pretty clear case with that girl who accused the officers of raping her.

Yeah she needs serious time for the false allegations alone. Her just saying that is enough to destroy a man's life, so it should be enough to destroy her own because she fabricated the whole thing. Disgusting how men are treated.
That second interaction I feel was partially fueled by the cop. someone stopped in the road with hazard lights on and his first interation is to walk up and angrily state "Get Out Of The Car" Not "Are you okay?" Not "Is there something wrong, do you need help?" No, he chose to escalate the situation immediately, she didn't help her case, but the cop also dropped the ball by starting off the entire situation with so much hostility right off the bat.
Have to partially agree. She obviously had her hazard lights on for some reason and it’s not like anyone was driving by anyway. Then again, why was she refusing police orders? Act stupid, get treated stupid.
She refused orders to step out of her vehicle which would equate to resisting arrest. Officers are allowed to apply a reasonable amount of force, depending on the situation, to make an arrest. Should we believe shattering the window of a woman, who was non-violent, reasonable? The officer admitted it wasn't himself when he said, "if you just stepped out nothing would have happened, just a verbal warning." The officers were impatient and continually escalated the situation and quickly turned a non-violent situation violent. She took damage to her persons, property, and mental. She is lucky the officer didn't permanently damage her eyes. Officers take a professional obligation and oath to not "act stupid".
Exactly! And to resort to IMMEDIATELY break the car windows with a baton? That cop needs some unpaid leave and re-training. And I promise I am not on the side of the BLM protesters that was just wack by the officers.
Leaving a child / children in a hot car should be automatic jail time. I have treated tiny children who were left in hot vehicles, It's beyond.....sad. No excuse ( impo).

literally. there is no reason to ever leave a child in a hot locked car. i get sometimes you want to run in somewhere real quick but that’s why AC exists. besides the fact no one should be leaving a young child alone in a car (running or not) for long periods of time.
Using the death of her brother as an excuse for driving drunk isn't just stupid and dangerous, but also disrespecting her dead brother. Beyond stupid knowing he died driving drunk with her in the car. She should've ben put away for a long time because this one is obviously incapable of learning from mistakes. She is the worst!
Drunk people have absolutely no thought behind the things they do about 80% of the time. I’m certain she was hurting from it and was drinking to deal with it like the video said.

Everyone's talking about Brittany's brother story, but my favourite line from her is "I've already been to jail, c'mon!" as if you can only go to jail once in your life and then never again. Jail is just like chicken pox!
As for the woman committing the cardinal sin of blocking traffic, if all he wanted was to get her driver's information, why didn't he start the interaction by simply asking for it? As opposed to "Get out of your car or you're going to jail!" and promptly smashing her window when she had the temerity to ask why. Given what was literally going on around him, I think the level of daft the cop demonstrated should have cost him his job. Talk about situational obliviousness.
Yeah but he shouldn’t have stuck his arm in her car. Seems like a 4th amendment issue so I wouldn’t label her ‘entitled’ and the cops certainly overreacted. On top of that if she was bleeding they should have given her immediate medical. They were treating her like she was dangerous from the get go and that didn’t seem the case at all. That’s a F grade for the cops.
failure to comply with an officers orders is a losing bet for all citizens. Especially during a potentially hostile climate like the summer of 2020. Officers are not required to explain themselves 20+ times
Such instances typically don't go to criminal courts where information is public, it goes to civil court where such issues are disputed, due to this specifics of cases are typically unavailable to the public and rarely is this pursued in criminal courts, my family has lawyers working both types of cases and from what i can gather civil court pays better than criminal court so unless you are trying to barr someone from getting a job, pursuing such cases in criminal court will take years to process, let alone find a verdict thus attorneys typically advise against such activities, certainly though this act of false accusations needs it's own bill and procedure, but I speak for the time being.

In the first story Brittany kept saying her little brother died in a car accident SIX months ago yet when she was in the police station she said 3 months ago? 4:40 That seems really suspicious. Either she’s lying (switching up your story is a common way to tell if someone is lying) or the alcohol got to her and is making her forget. Either way seems really suspicious. She probably thought it would sound better and elicit more sympathy if she made it sound more recent than it actually was. Not to mention how ridiculous it is to use an automobile death as an excuse for driving drunk when that's literally the reason driving drunk is a crime.
They said in this video that he died and she was actually in the car with him when he crashed. He was drunk with her and two others in his car. All the more reason she should not be drinking and driving.

First woman makes me feel terribly sad for the innocent men who are falsely accused of sexual assault and rape. She’s making me sick and agitated blurting that out to them.
I've learned something revolting about children with burns; apparently, a shocking portion of the cases aren't accidents. Their parents want to give them a physical punishment and simply don't realize that they shouldn't e.g. pour boiling water on their children, and many don't realize this even after having to take their children to a hospital.
That brings entitlement to a new level. She must be her parent’s pride and joy. I bet the they are very proud of her. Brittany needs professional health intervention.
The last one is a horrible case of negligence, but when the officer said that it was 85 degrees outside, I immediately thought about how it can over 110 where I live. 😳

Clearly he was just looking to be violent otherwise he wouldn’t have busted the glass over a non-violent incident with little provocation. The apathy he showed looking at her bleed from the mouth was disgusting and you can tell he takes no issue with abusing his power
@KirkwoodVideos just because what she did was illegal doesn’t mean he needed to use such intense force so quickly. Would you execute someone because they stole some toilet paper? And then makin false r4pe and assault claim
Yeah she needs serious time for the false allegations alone.
Her just saying that is enough to destroy a man's life, so it should be enough to destroy her own because she fabricated the whole thing.
Disgusting how men are treated.
That second interaction I feel was partially fueled by the cop.
someone stopped in the road with hazard lights on and his first interation is to walk up and angrily state "Get Out Of The Car"
Not "Are you okay?"
Not "Is there something wrong, do you need help?"
No, he chose to escalate the situation immediately, she didn't help her case, but the cop also dropped the ball by starting off the entire situation with so much hostility right off the bat.
Especially at a BLM protest surrounded by people? That was some insane escalation and bad policing.
I can’t believe I had to scroll this far for this comment

I love that she has semen in her pocket.
Maybe aim for a whole life tariff first time out.
I wondered if we saw the whole video
She rolled his arm up in the window.
Yea, that was super hard to watch. He didn't even ask why she had her hazards on.
failure to comply with an officers orders is a losing bet for all citizens. Especially during a potentially hostile climate like the summer of 2020. Officers are not required to explain themselves 20+ times

False rape accusations.... She needs to do 7 years in Federal Prison. Zero Tolerance
Such instances typically don't go to criminal courts where information is public, it goes to civil court where such issues are disputed, due to this specifics of cases are typically unavailable to the public and rarely is this pursued in criminal courts, my family has lawyers working both types of cases and from what i can gather civil court pays better than criminal court so unless you are trying to barr someone from getting a job, pursuing such cases in criminal court will take years to process, let alone find a verdict thus attorneys typically advise against such activities, certainly though this act of false accusations needs it's own bill and procedure, but I speak for the time being.

thinking you know the law better than the people who enforce it is literally entitled. Once you assault a police officer, they will absolutely break your window. Don't assault a cop by rolling up your window on him and you get to keep your window.
In the first video, the young woman should be required to watch herself daily. Accusing innocent men of sexual violence is reprehensible. In the second, I'm not sure if breaking the window was the smartest thing to do.
Anyone who falsely accuses people of rape should be in prison.
As woman, I am offended at the beginning. I also can't stop laughing. 😂
The first girl who lost her brother might be dealing with some survivor's guilt. She needed to learn this lesson hard, and she should be shown that footage over and over to remind her of the dangers of drunk driving not to her but to other people
If she had followed instructions she would not have had her window broken & consequently got cut, she is obviously a law scholar as she knew more than the police officer, the entitlement is off the scale these days..
Imagine the assumptions people would jump to if they heard the first girl screaming that she was being assaulted by officers. Yet another example of body cameras supporting officers instead of the other way around.

Being so intoxicated like Brittany, I would have really liked to know her blood alcohol content. She would have been several times over the legal limit. No, near death limit. It's insane what this display of crazyness was.

Why does the girl from the first one sound like the sheep girl from zootopia 😂 but fr she has personal experience with drunk driving, she should be more responsible
The second one could have complied earlier, but smashing the window in so aggressively was just unnecessary. And the officer thinking no one would get distressed seeing this is pure stupidity. That interaction alone proves the points of the BLM protesters: that American police tend to be short tempered egotistical men with a tendency to prefer escalating instead of deescalating and sympathising with people. The woman provided zero threat and for a simple traffic stop, there's no justification for his actions. And then of course the other officers seeing this were ready to man handle her as soon as she exits as if she was some kind of known criminal and was stronger than them.
Thats bullsh--! She was rolling the window up on the officers arm. Get real big kid!
@@michaelbock2424 this was after he placed it there with no real warning of why she was pulled over until after he was breaking her window and hit the second window for no reason, people who defend the second cop have 1 braincell and might be supporting most abusive cops.
GOD BLESS OUR OFFICERS. THEYRE ISNT ENOUGH MONEY TO PAY THEM FOR WHAT THEY DEAL WITH 24/7🙏💙🇺🇸
I do feel sorry for her for her loss and the trauma from it, but she can’t use that as an excuse. Her arrogance toward the officers is unjustified! She could’ve killed someone else’s brother! I can’t imagine how this mad her mother feel. The second girl….I love it when people film their own resistance and crimes😂. And then the people in the crowd who have nothing to do with it and have no idea of what’s going on think they can interrupt!
I love it how on the majority of these arrests these people don't understand no one cares how they "feel" the FACTS do not care about your "feelings".. the facts are you broke the law, regardless of how you're feeling that day.
actions meet consequences😅
The children left in the car for 4 hours. One child with a burn on her arm.
Take custody. Now.
Men: Stay FAR AWAY from THIS woman!! She’s the type of woman that would lie on you to get you put away; if you broke up with her! I feel for her grieving her brother’s death; but it looks like she is using it as an excuse for her bad behavior! She’s unstable and dangerous!
That second was not entitled, she seems like the victim here and the cop escalated instantly.
She rolled the window up on his arm. No sympathy for her
@@TransKidRevolution Re-watching it, she really didn't. His fingers has plenty of space, which he pulled back when she rolled it up for a quarter of an inch. It seems like a case of CYA for breaking the window. Much like the claim she might have 'made a run for it', being blocked in completely by 3 cars...
thinking you know the law better than cops is literally entitled. I'm not going to hazard a guess as to why you don't recognize entitlement.
you literally just admitted she rolled up the window while his arm was in the car and that he removed it AFTER she rolled up the window. Wow, you should be a public defender. Convictions would skyrocket. God that makes the rest of your comments seem smart in comparison.@@SunGawdRa
@@mikeespinoza5733 ... Sarcasm is the lowest form of wit. Never realized how true that was until now. I'm not sure what 'gotcha' moment you were going for, but I was referring to @9:20 While the video got shaky after he got aggressive, looking at the height the window was previously, it's doubtful his arm could even fit in the window. At best it was his hand, and when he realized he couldn't reach to open the door, he pulled it back.
Looking at the position of the window then compared to what I mentioned before, it was rolled up at best a quarter of an inch, and no where near where his fingers that were pulling back from the window. I'd want to roll my windows up more too, if someone tried reaching a hand in there with little warning.
You can bitch about the law and how he "almost lost his arm!" from slight pressure from a car door window (that again, doesn't seem to have been anywhere near his arm or even his hand), but she was a victim because he decided to escalate an already tense situation. Instead of, you know, deescalating it like they're trained to.
Sounds like Brittany is the type to accuse any man in her drunken path of horrendous assault. Unfortunately for them, they don't have body cameras. Everything about her made me angry.
There is not enough knowledge at a BLM protest to fill a thimble.
I love captions.
“You’re under a restaurant right now.” Delicious.
Left brain. First act as if you're above it all. If that fails play the victim. If that fails just go crazy and hope that you scare the authorities away. I would sue her hair coloring out for that grape accusation.
so unfortunately you cannot just tell the police "I don't think I've done anything to be detained for" to get out of being arrested :)
To be fair most places do afford you the right to know why you are being detained, and instead of just telling her they went straight for reaching into her car and then breaking her window. This is a perfect example of police escalation--they were already riled up by the BLM protests (mostly because they know the protesters were right) and decided to take it out on this lady because she was driving. A traffic stop gives them a lot more leeway to abuse their power than just harassing random protesters.

8:31 Blocking the road, then 8:35 she's pulled over at *a different location* - so the car was obviusly drivable. She's then being detained and the officer has a right to ask her to step out ref. Pennsylvania vs Mimms. 9:15 What she thinks or not about that is not a factor in this instance, she's being detained and has been given a lawful order
really, because a bunch of idiots here think it does.
no they don't. There is no such right.@@ryanpenrod1859
Hope Brittany watches this video to see what everyone else does and changes her life.
To all employers.... Take note... Do not hire Britney.
Using foul language towards the cops is in some countries an instant death sentence … perhaps these foul mouthers should watch some of these documentaries ‼️
