@@C.L.190 She expects special status as a mother. As if that accounts her a shield from wrongdoing. She's a mother, she has children with her, she doesn't have to comply with police. Ms. Mullarkey extends that to the police, and that the social status women have about being touched against our will, applies that to being arrested. That police can't touch her because SHE doesn't like it. That's invoking special status on two counts to avoid accountability.

At least in countries like the US it only results in another charge. I've been to some countries where if a person were stupid enough to do something like this the officer responds by putting their service weapon to the suspects head and pulls the trigger. Funny how in those countries that they don't have an entitled fool problem either. There when cops tell someone to do something it's followed with little to no backtalk.

I went back home and had my mom call the cops and it turned out he "opened" the heavy metal door to his apartment and shut it behind him all while his parents were "sleeping". I was 9 when this happened and I had trouble opening and closing those doors. I was pretty sure that the toddler was intentionally locked out of the house because it wasn't the first time I had witnessed parents do that shit to their young kids with nobody batting an eye.
My first thought watching this man digging around in the bag of his bike after threatening the cop and getting in his face was "no way this cop hasnt shot him yet". Its a sad state of affairs when thats what immediately enters my mind.

And it came out of the guy who shit himself in the back of the squad car
It sounded like drunken bullshit to me.
When these people yell “no I’m not!” I really wonder if they’re thinking the cops will say “you know, that’s a good point. You’re free to go.”
They probablu think they can use some sort of Charisma stat to sway the cops from arresting them like in Skyrim.

I was wondering the same thing
Mh, very simple!!😂
Like, yeah, if the (hypothetical here) President is even held accountable for their actions and can in fact be arrested, "do you know who I am" means absolutely nothing. If you're a person doing something wrong, doesn't matter how rich or famous or nepo'd you are. In a perfect world, anyway.

Her first idea was to leave, actually, which she had complete legal right to.
Then the pig shoved his hand through her window and forced the door open when he had no reasonable suspicion at all these people were involved in a crime.
Idiot was one a whole wrong street and just assaulted a random woman because she didn't wanna talk to him.
@@GermanKinsmen
1) she didn’t open the door, the cop did because she wouldn’t stop the car
2) she said she didn’t live at the house which gives him enough suspicion… because she’s in the area of a burglary
3) when she doesn’t turn off the car, and the cop has to force his way into the car to turn it off, she says “I will punch you in your face”
There is no way you can side with her in this situation, the cop has reason to believe they could be robbers, and she wouldn’t turn off her car when he asked, and then threatened him
Yep it’s actually awful. He abused his power and automatically assumed the worse of the lady.
@@chadspamton2159 The law and a judge would most likely side with her.
Driving down a residential street next to a burglary is not reasonable enough suspicion to stop her. Depending on the state, she had the right to continue driving.
The cop was unbelievably unprofessional and acted without thinking. That is a dangerous person to have as a police officer.
The woman was driving, minding her own business so when an officer forces you out of your vehicle, she'd obviously be scared. She shouldn't have acted violently however

Mullarkey at the end, she was off the rails. Her entitlement and privilege was hard to watch. By her logic, she has her children with her, she can do whatever she wants. Her eyes were loaded with crazy and rage. And, then the attempt to control the situation and be abusive to the arresting officers. She's irredeemable. No matter if she acts "normal," what we see here is what lurks under the mask.
She must be taken to the JAIL
What an unfortunate last name Ms. Mullarkey has. She certainly lives up to it.
What privilege did she have?
@@C.L.190 She expects special status as a mother. As if that accounts her a shield from wrongdoing. She's a mother, she has children with her, she doesn't have to comply with police. That was her early thinking process. Then later, women are taught touching us against our will is something we generally get to control.

I lived in Florida until I was 12 and moved to a place only an hour away from Chicago... I haven't seen anything as crazy as the shit I saw living there. I once saw a 2 year old wandering around in nothing but a pull-up, crying, covered in dirt and sticky candy.

I mean... what would you have the policeman do in this scenario? Wait until he has positive ID on a weapon and hope he's faster on the draw? I'm thinking that talking about gunfights coupled with reaching into a bag is plenty of reason to taze the guy. I'm glad the taser option is around these days.

In 2020, the last year for which there are comprehensive, public, FBI records of all police involved shootings of unarmed (NOT un-dangerous) black people in the US, 19 black people were shot. This means that a black person has a .000029% chance of being shot by an officer during any given event in which a black person and police make contact. 17 of those shootings involved suspects attempting to run the officers over in a car, beating the officers while unarmed, attempting to take the officers own weapon, or seconds away from arming themselves as they reached for a weapon. The 2 that were found to be unjustified shoots ended with the involved officers being charged, convicted, and sentenced on 2nd degree murder charges and put in prison for 20+ years.
