    Ingredients (材料):
    500g (4 cups) pau flour (包粉)
    1 1/2 tsp (5g) instant yeast (即溶干酵母)
    60g (1/4 cup) caster sugar (细砂糖)
    1/2 tsp salt (盐)
    1 1/2 tsp baking powder (发粉)
    1 tsp turmeric (姜黄粉)
    250ml Water (水)
    30g / 2 tbsp lard /shortening /corn oil / vegetable oil(2汤匙猪油、白油或玉米油)
    Filling (馅料):
    2 tbsp oil (油)
    1 tbsp chopped garlic (蒜茸)
    350g yam bean / mang kuang, shredded (沙葛,切丝)
    15g black fungus , soaked and shredded (云耳,浸软,切丝)
    150g pork , sliced (猪肉,切小片)
    2 tbsp water (水)
    1 tbsp oyster sauce (蚝油)
    1/2 tbsp light soy sauce (生抽)
    1/2 tsp salt (盐)
    1/4 tsp pepper (胡椒粉)
    1 tbsp sugar(糖)
    1 tsp dark soy sauce (黑酱油)
