very helpful video for CFD simulation of Low pressures team turbine blade. I have a question that how come the temperature of blade is higher than the inlet temperature of steam
Draw the rectangle from shroud to hub (total length should be rotor blade height + tip gap) then when you extract the geometry into turbogrid go Blade Set >> Shroud Tip and define your tip gap. Turbogrid will reduce the rotor blade height and will create a tip gap.
Hello, It is very helpful for understanding CFX. I want to analysis the windage loss of steam turbine. How to anaysis this effect for 30min?. Mass flow rate : 0.25ton/hr, temperature 150C, inlet pressure : 0.32kpa oulet pressure : 0.15kpa. Blade speed : 3600rpm, temperature: 70C. I want to know the blade temperature after 30min due to windage loss.
Great video, thanks to you SIR , I was able to complete my assignment

Very good video, thank you very much for sharing! I just want to know how much the mesh, whether the computer requirements are relatively high?
how did you generate a 10-point profile if in the patent each profile has only 6 points? Something it's missing in your presentation...
Great Video, to add a tip gap, when making sketch at 9:33 , would you draw the rectangle with the tip gap ? Thanks

Did you get that ?
if you dont mind what is the radius of the turbine wheel and the pitch of the blades
Did you get answer of this question?
Cant u provide coordinate file dude
Where dis you get the extra points on eqch profile, the patent only has six points
Hi by any chance did you figure out where the extra points came from
sir can you share this file with me please
