I was court ordered to attend various recovery oriented classes due to my drinking problem. One of them was anger management after I pissed off the judge at my hearing. Anger management is an awesome program! It helped me identify the many character flaws I had that I initially was in denial about. I highly recommend that all abusive drinkers take that class and be honest with yourself to the end. It was a life changing experience for me and turned my life completely around. Maybe if Grayson would have sought more support from the right people, he would still be with us. RIP Grayson.

It seems that even successful golfers are having trouble with living a golfer's life on tour. I would guess that living in hotel/motel rooms in unfamiliar cities could be very hard, especially if you did not have many close friends on tour to comfort you. naturally you have to compete with such people. However, it may be important not to view them as adversaries completely. I would guess that Murray was something of an introvert. That would make it that much harder to survive happily psychologically under these conditions. I wish other pro golfers more happiness and better lives.
