Malaysians like heavy taste so the tonkotsu ramen is more popular. We did ordered the tonkotsu ramen in this restaurant and it was good. I ordered the traditional soyu ramen. It was good too but just a tad salty for my taste. Their karaage and don are very good!

Kaori san, can you try Seirockya? I highly recommend their Toripaitan Ramen, Shio and Extreme! The owner is Japanese as well and the place is halal.

I do like their shoyu ramen and for those who said this is not Malaysian taste, you should try their spicy ramen, that one is really suited more (aka definitely more spicy than most Japanese can take) to Malaysian taste. To be fair, ramen comes in many shape and taste even in Japan itself. I have had both rich and light tasting ramen in japan itself so i would say it is more of personal taste. Their seared chicken breast do deserve a lot of credit, rare for chicken breast to be so moist!

just my 2 cents, perhaps you could do a more thorough research on msg. i believe it's not entirely correct when you said the soup has no msg. msg could be found naturally in many foods.

我去过日本东京吃的，我觉得更咸，哈哈，但大版的一兰拉面确实是很好吃
東京通常是偏向非常重口味的，
一蘭是源自九州福岡，但日本全國都有分行，是外國人比較熟悉的。

对台湾的印象都是清淡 少甜
日本每個縣都有不同風格的拉麵，像我老家同一縣里但不同地區就有非常重口味和清淡口味的。
老公的意思是，豬骨拉麵或重口味的太深入大馬人心，無意中心中會有個尺來比較。
其實日本拉麵博大精深，種類太多，但相信多數大馬人都會偏向重口味的。
沒有味精 MSG?? 味の素 aka Ajinomoto 不是日本人發明的嗎？？嘻嘻嘻嘻嘻嘻😁😁😁😁
