- A quick and easy pan seared salmon recipe with few ingredients that will leave you breathless. It's a French style recipe with a Thai influence. You can cook it under 25 minutes including the rice. Made with few ingredients, honey, soy, scallion and a little wine. You can replace the white wine with fish or chicken stock. Enjoy Honey and Soy Glazed Salmon!

I made this for some friends the other night and blew their minds. I had been wanting to start learning how to incorporate white wine and deglazing in my cooking repertoire and was very happy with how this turned out. Made it look like I could cook. On accident, I ended up doing only 1 tbsp each of honey and soy and the sauce was perfect.Thank you so much for this!!
French butter sauce is a based sauce which use white wine :). After the base you can add pretty much what you want to it

Tonight I cook this salmon that a brought back from Vancouver and I made your recipe it was sublime waaaaw!!!!!!!! I didn’t have white wine so I switch for Pineau Charentes it was a success serve on a spinach salad with Chou de Bruxelles GRAZIE MILLES 🙏🙏🍷🍷👨🍳

Recipe 30 is the best. I live in Salmon country (Seattle), and have used this recipe the last couple of years. Adding BBQ sauce in the mix tastes great as well, maybe a touch of brown sugar. My family loves it!

Another great and simply lovely recipe 👍... second time I've done it but this time tried it seasoning the oil with some very thinly sliced ginger julienne, then removed them before searing the fish. Later added them back in to the sauce 👍
I made salmon with butter, fresh garlic, and honey and that's it. OMG it was one of the best things I ever ate. TheReaper!

I like my salmon rare - pink inside so I removed salmon from pan after 1 min on each side and returned for a minute once the honey glaze was made. Perfect pink inside. Yum!

I wonder if Joel ever takes a short cut with his rice? There are some great pre-cooked rice packs available now, just requiring a quick stir fry for a few minutes to be ready. Much easier and faster than boiling from raw!
