Wow! Thanks for the trust in this review mate! The original stock keyboard you saw in this video is cherry profile but I think that nowadays they're selling it in the XDA profile. You'll still be able to change it for sure, but just note it is north facing RGB which some say causes interference with cherry profile, but I didn't experience much from it.
@@keebboardwarrior Oh I see. Would it still be okay for me to install the cherry keycaps if the one I bought is MDA profile? @@widerklever2741 Hi! Thanks for your kind words! Apologies, I have not tried the silver switches, so can't comment on it. But based on the specs, the main diff is that it's actuation force is 0.2mm less and the operating force is 3g more which I think will be hard to tell the difference. From what I see, I think the silver switches keyboards being sold is using a MDA profile keycaps which is the bigger difference between them! For gaming, personally I don't like XDA or MDA keycaps cause I tend to mispress the wrong keys. As this is gasket mount, pressing on the keys also feels quite soft and not much push back is felt, so I think is based on personal preference. The stock switch and keyboard is definitely good enough for chill gaming. But for intense gaming sessions, some mods may be needed. The latency of this keyboard is averaging around 30ms which is pretty alright. But if I wanted this board more gaming, I would swap to OEM profile keycaps and have a wristrest for it. Hope this helps :)
Hello, is the left shift stabilizer interchangeable with the backspace stabilizer? my backspace stabilizer makes an annoying noise and I'm wondering if I can swap it since I don't use shift as much as backspace
Hi there! Yup, generally stabilisers only have 2 sizes. A spacebar length sized one and the other shorter length ones for your backspace, shift, numpad + and stuff. So definitely interchangeable, but if the annoying noise keeps occurring despite switching the stabs, it could be due to the fitting of the stabs onto the plate.
