Almost bought off plan in 2022 and I backed out just when they going to start building. No market prices was the reason. Not knowing how much I’d get in rental income it if I wanted to rent out was a big risk.
As for clients making changes in their building after the unit is done and upon hand over, what a nightmare indeed!! And the laboures not respecting the finishes when they have to work in the unit 😵💫😵💫
