WW is perfect for that, because I've found that for me, I lose more when I don't deprive myself, since knowing I can have that treat at any time as long as I plan for it really helps me with staying focused
Lauren, I've been making your two ingredient dough and love it so much... Last week, I made a zucchini casserole with sour cream, chives, and a mixture of cheddar and mozzarella on top... it was incredible... I just pre-baked my crust for 10 mins before adding my pan-seared zucchini and onions with the sour cream. So, yeah 😅 - thanks again for sharing that recipe 😋

I agree - I like to use most appts for breakfast and lunch with 0-low point snacks and about a 4 point dinner. Thanks for your recipe ideas and motivation!

Lauren since your Kinders is low I'd add the garlic power , onion powder to that mix and save on all the extras one bottled seasoning .only when your that low not a fresh bottle .

I actually do like swerve & Monkfruit! I have a hard time with most SF sweeteners, but those are better than others for side effects for me. Love sweet & salty!
i am french on ww but never eat croissants cause its too heavy on pp . i eat only 2 eggs / week lot of fish and chook and a huge amount of veggies a small amount of carbs i am about to reach my weight goal which is 50 kgs

I still follow 36pts, but I share a 23pt day series on my TH-cam channel to help share low point meal/snack ideas for all. 23pts is the lowest anyone would have in a day on the plan right now, so in theory this day of eating could work for anyone!

I am a lifetime member of WW but its been a few years and I'm getting ready to come back this week. I've been on Optavia for a while. I lost 25 lbs and then got diagnosed with breast cancer about a year ago. Everything looks good now, all clear, but the stress of everything caused me to gain the weight back slowly. Optavia really works if you can stick to it (its 5 fuelings a day that you buy from Optavia and one lean and green meal you make yourself) I need a mental break from it so I'm going back to weight watchers. I have my own youtube channel (@michellenedwick) which up until now has been devoted to Optavia. I may start doing some WW videos, we will see. Anyway, this chicken enchilada recipe looks fantastic!! Do you think you could freeze a portion of it and reheat it later? I just cook for 2 people. Thanks you!!! Michelle
