I always do high volume and intensity on DL and Squats so couldn't imagine hitting both same day without destroying my CNS, but a lot of guys like to hit both same day if they aren't going as hard on each lift
@@kirko5246 deadlifts aren't inheritanetly a back exercise, the only thing that makes it a back exercise is going extremely heavy and arcing back at the top of the lift before dropping it back down, it's far more a leg and forearm, glute exercise for its hinge, it hits your hammies hard where a squat hits the quads hard. It depends how you go about it, all in all moderate squats and moderate deads will destroy your legs for a good leg day.
I would have loved this a lot more just a few days ago, before Bradley did the Dan Bilzerin (or whatever his name is) interview and din´t challenge him at all on his bs for the first 15mins. I didn´t watch the rest of it.
No, he doesn't lol. You don't need to get chubby to get bigger and stronger. All you need is enough calories to cover your body weights energy expenditure. To many "gym bros" walking around fluffy and not healthy.
@@cjstats1514 Depends completely on your goals. If you want to up your lift numbers, you definitely should bulk. If you're content with your amount of muscle, but want to lose bodyfat, you should cut. Neither bulking nor cutting have to be taken too extremes, but that's all people think of when they hear either term.
I love that Jason is just there vibing
Need more content like this
"He's going to take you on a Valorant edate"
squats after deadlifts are insane
Depends on the weights, if you hit moderate deadlifts and lower squats it hits the legs a ton better imo

Bradley never challenges people on politically type stuff. He's similar to Rogan in that. Likes to avoid conflict.
No wonder Hasan is so confident all the time he is taller than Bradley Martin
Hasan came off mad insecure in this. Like lowkey bullying at jason, and would talk so much before he lifted. He needs to chill out
Bradley is so much stronger than Hasan its not funny
Well it's partly the juice, no?
It´ll be good when Hasan hops on gear one day
Bladley is on tren 💉
From what i gather Hasan doesn't often do 1 rep maxes also
Hasan on same shit@@TravisRiver
she said she never benched a plate before and then has a bac arch that shows major strength training with bench. sure thing pal
