Eating Scallops, Shrimp and Crab at Banzaan Food Market Market in Phuket Thailand. Delicious Thai Seafood in Patong Phuket Thailand.
This was a meal my family and I had at Banzan Fresh Food Market in Patong in Phuket Thailand. Banzaan Market is open every day from 7am till 9pm and its Google Maps coordinates are: goo.gl/maps/jF87Zs6ZTPD2
The market is not far from Junceylon Shopping Mall and the Thai food there is delicious! At this market you can buy the seafood from downstairs and take the food upstairs for the vendors at the Thai restaurants there to cook. The vendors charge different prices per kilogram to cook the food purchased at the market. The meal we had in the video cost 800 baht for cooking and 1,250 baht for the seafood from the market. The restaurant area is clean and comfortable and the staff seem very friendly. And the food we had was delicious!

I love Banzaan market. I went there on a few occasions last year both in the morning and evening to eat. A little more expensive than other places but well worth it. Top vid Darren!

Hi Darren, thank you for the videos you put out. Its currently 6am and I'm getting ready for my flight to bkk from phuket. I had the opportunity to go to banzaan yesterday and have the lovely older couple Cook our seafood we just had purchased. Food was amazing! I showed the video you made of them to them and they were estatic. I also recorded them on my gopro I had! Highly suggest it! YUM! 555555

Oh my god I was going to go to Banzaan Market today, but I was busy doing something else today. I finally arrived in Patong on Monday from the US and loving the restaurant and street food. So far I have visited the Phi Phi Islands which was amazing, but a lot of tourists were there too. The weather is fair and surprisingly it has not rained yet even Google weather said it was suppose to rain the last few days. I will definitely order the same exact food on this video. great video by the way and my favorite channel on youtube.
I have been there every night since I got here. A little bit of cultural shock for me. I would love to go to Krabi or another town where there aren't t that many tourists. Any recommendations of a town where I can visit that don't have that many tourists in Phuket? or near Phuket?

Some of my favourites are: Chillva Night Market in Phuket Town, the Phuket Town morning market (Kaset Market), and the Kathu Market. You will see less tourists there.

There's also a huge night market that just opened in Chalong on November 4, 2017 and is open every night. I posted information about it recently on my Facebook: facebook.com/thailandvideos/

Nice Video mate! I live not far from there still one of my favourite markets in Phuket even though the Seafood is now getting very expensive due to the tour busses bringing hundreds of wealthy asians every day to buy Seafood not many of the Fishmongers have prices displayed like they used to years ago so their playing the Tourists. Still always good for fresh Fruit, Vegetables, dry goods and Eggs and a quick bite to eat.
If you traveling abroad, most places inflate the price just because you are a tourist. The seafood isn't all expensive, depends on where you go and the demand. Love the video, keep them up!
