Hi i know you did this like 2 years ago, but what type of resin would i use for a glass table like this?
Also am i allowed to torch or use a heat gun to get rid of bubbles... Im about to try it on a small table - black and whitle marble look..
Im afraid it would crack or break using heat to it..

I used arte resin (home depot). Yes, you can still touch and use heat gun. Resin adheres to glass very well. I would not keep this item outside. Due to the weather it may crack. Pleases show me what it looks like when you are done. Send me a message on instagram at Unique_resinartz. I am getting ready to do another ocean glass table as well. 🦋

Hi, this is a beautiful piece! I was just wondering how you did the edging? I’ve done resin pour on glass but it feels like it will peel off. How do you seal the edges?
Thank you for your tips 🙏

Thank you so much. It still looks beautiful and so unique. Great question as well. The areas that did not adhere good, I just put some superglue to hold it down. Most of the areas did great with adhering to the table.

Just Resin - Titanium White for the waves. I used mica powders ( not paste) Meyspring - Mermaid Dust and Tropical Blue. I used liquid latex on the back for the drips - you do not actually need it. You could always heat the resin a bit and just scrape it of. Hope this helps. 🦋

Did you place an additional glass piece over the top to protect your beautiful work? Does the resin stick to the glass without abrasives or primers?
Really gorgeous. Thank you for sharing.

Hello. I have not placed anything on top, it still looks good. I also did not use anything but resin to adhere to the glass. The resin will do all the work for you. 🦋

Was the latex place on the back side of the glass?

Yes, it works great. I would suggest to put it on a bit thicker than I did. 🤣 but come off so easy. 🦋
