There are emotions & sensitivity attached to this case. after a long silence, today I have chosen to spoke about this Case. So here is what I have to say. Justice for SHIVAM MALIK?

You didn't even mention those points which she highlighted in her video. Sorry to say this Sir! you are diplomatic and taking side of the Captain. Afsos agar baat ni kar sakty ty tu pir iss video ke koe waja ni bante hai. Please, remove this video its a request.

Dear Faizan that's the point. I didn't want to create chaos by denying her version of the crime scene outright. The way incidents are handled at sea and at land are very very different. Of course she doesn't know this. In fact many people don't know this. This video is a balancing act in which you need to understand what I "just stopped short of saying". Shivam's case is not the only one, cases like this happen. And of course there are those criminal cases too. The way she sees this case is not the correct angle. But we can't blame her as she has no idea. I hope this clarifies some fog surrounding this case & I said what I said after thinking deeply. I hope you've seen the complete video to know the full context. And thanks for taking time to give your 2 cents.

@@OrangeShots Sir, you know better but in her video 2 points surprised me first point was about the 1st post mortem report and the second point was about the 2nd post mortem report both reports were completely different as she said. Also she mentioned that her brother body was kept at 4 °C temperature so, how she knows about this?

@@Gnfaizan In any organization it’s the duty of top most management personals to keep in touch with each and every employee and to ensure their personal insecurities in those bounds.
Top management (in our case captains) are directly responsible for any misshape happens to anyone on the board. They know it very well that only they will be the responsible for it and they have to clarify all the elements of that specific event.
Our sympathies are with Mr. SHIVAM MALIK, but please also not to blame the captain for such incident.

Hi sir... It was great seeing your video.... I have been Shivams friend for last 10 years... Yes he was in a relationship yes he was upset but he got over it and that was mutual breakup... He was very clear about what he is supposed to do in his life... And more over just by looking at few post that's heart broken doesn't mean he was depressed and wanna his life.its absurd . And the love angle which is being brought up never existed cos the relationship ended because it was a mutual decision and they were in good terms where she had even shared her engagement pictures to us , he had alot more to do in life than just this. . . A life which he could never see ..please dont make this angle..just because he isn't here do not defame him.. He had worked alot on himself to reach where he was. 🙏

There are many accidents that happened in the past which were actually not accident. Around 2010 , A Pakistani captain died in a ship. I know the owner of the ship company. The body of the captain was brought to Singapore and it was told that he had an heart attack. The captain's body was sent to Singapore General Hospital for post mortem. After the post mortem, janaja was held and it was sent to Pakistan on that evening . The report was out on the next day and in the report it was written that they have found Cyanide in his body/blood. As my husband received the report on that day , he was very very sad but he never told me about the report. Recently , my son has joined a renowned ship management company of India as a cadet after finishing his two years of study in Singapore Maritime academy. He has a long way to go to become a 3rd officer. My husband sometimes becomes very worried when he sees incidents like Malik. so he shared the story of how the Malaysian Indian crews poisoned that Pakistani captain back in 2010. No actions were taken against those culprits or the company as the the real story was not known to the world. Around 1997 two of my batchmates from the college got Married and the husband Monjur was the 3rd officer of a ship. He died in the ship. I hv other batchmates who joined Bangladesh Marine Academy with Monjur. one of them told me he was fat and that's why he had an heart attack and another said the ship rolled and he fell in the bathtub and hit his head-different people says different things actually. The truth is never revealed. I don't know about the CCTV cameras in the ship(whether they hv any in oil/ chemical tankers ). It should be checked and see the movement of the victim and the suspects, may be the truth will come out.

Oh, if the names of people suspected of poisoning the captain are revealed, they can still be punished. Their families should not keep quiet. Truth always wins.

Most of it is just to absolve a fellow captain .To say that harrasment is to hide incapability is so ignorant. If you say that aisa kuch nahi hota then u must be blind and deaf or very dumb. One cadet sailing with one of the captain mentioned by you( who was also a cadet at that time) was made to stand in minus temprature at night on bridge wing by captain...that cadet fainted ... captain touched his feet begging not to complain about it...I have been at sea for 20 years and seen people cry at times due to bullying of senior officer..kya baat karte ho sir aap ki harrasment nahi hoti..open ur eyes

Even we were forced to work 18 hrs but we were tough ( two other trainees also) so they could not break us .Just for being famous and getting veiw and subscribers don't paint everything rosy..there is a dark side too .

My REASONS FOR ASKING YOU TO SPEAK BECOZ I FIND U VERY SENSIBLE AND TO THE POINT !!!! My first captain was also from Pakistan CAPT Abdul Rauf !!! I have spend almost 9 months with him and may be I had word with him for hour or two !!!!! HE HARDLY USED TO TALK BUT HE WAS JUST TO THE POINT AND I CAN SAY I HAVE LEARNED ALOT JUST BY SEEING IT !!!!! CAPTAIN SUNIL IS ALSO A CAPTAIN BUT SOMEWHERE TO BE FRANK HE DOESNT BEHAVES LIKE AN AUTHORITY ( JUST FOR VIEWS WE CANT SALE OUR OWNSELF ) !!! We sailors of INDIA SPEACIALLY HAVE VERY GREAT RESPECT FOR OUR SENIORS NO MATTER OF THERE CASTE / religion / colour / AND PERSONALLY I STOPPED SEEING HIS VEDIOS I JUST FEEL EVERYONE CAN STUDY HARD AND BECOME CAPTAIN BUT VERY RARE HAVE SOMETHING TO GIVE TO WORLD AND THERE JUNIORS !!! I see THAT THING IN YOU AND CAPT AMIT BHANDARKAR !!!! T c

Sir,I just watched anchal mam's video, she did not particularly mention Captain. But in your video you are repeatedly mentioning don't unnecessarily blame captain... Why? Even her video title was about company...As for solving the issue why not give the contact details of the crew (with their consent) to her. It can help closure if she can talk to them... Also if there was really anything wrong happened onboard it will come to light sooner or later... If not you are good.

I really appreciate what ever you said. Makes sense. But we need to look at the bigger picture. Who is not heart broken these days. Most of us have been through that phase. And Aanchal is blaming the system, the work culture of the company. My batch mate went missing sailing on Anglo Eastern ship. Company just send a formal letter that he cannot be found and assumed to have commited suicide by jumping overboard. For our entire batch that was too difficult to digest. There was no enquiry or anything. We need to ask ourselves a question that why mostly cases are coming from Anglo only!! Plus i believe the Capt should have at least contacted the family since he was representing the company.

Captain ! I completely agree to you and I also dropped in a comment on captain Sunil's account. I have personally stopped people (who are sailing) from sharing or commenting rubbish on shubham Mallick's demise against the company and the master of that vessel and also against other social media influencers from the sea. I have pointed out the obvious loop holes and inconsistency and as expected most youngsters/junior's are the ones peddling these stories and as you said most of them use "harassment" as a curtain to hide their incompetency. Anyways all said and done. And I am happy that real "influencers" like yourself and capt Sunil have spoken out. And at the same time I offer my most sincere condolences to the mallick family and to the rest people reading this. Please dnt be trolls and peddle baseless conspiracies and fuel the fire which is burning someone's career and life. Please don't do it. That is the lowest any human can fall. Let peace and sense prevail - A sailor.

But the social media campaign is in bad taste and unfortunately appearing more and more in bad taste !.
