I was a permanent servant and retired from pnsc...The main and utmost important factor of it's decline is CORRUPTION.
Main corruption was started in Bhutto's regime.

There are serious mistakes/omissions, even then it is a very informative video.For example Pan Islamic Shipping, Crescent Shipping,Pakistan Shipping, Trans Oceacanic Shipping and one or two more are not mentioned here.One special point is that what else is running efficiently.Every government commercial organisation,railway, PIA, Pak Steel Mills, etc. is bankrupt, but everyone running these bankrupt organisations is a multi- millionaire.
