    I'm running this scenario tomorrow for my birthday. It's the first time ever playing Call of Cthulhu and I'm quite nervous... watching your playthrough has really helped me have the confidence to run it

    I really enjoy watching a scenario played as a bit of "try before you buy". This is a great advertisement for the product and I'm thinking I'll be picking it up soon, especially with it live on Roll20 now! Thanks for the great show.

    Wow! That was really cool and well organised. The keeper was mastering this, and I liked James' rolepay! Good job!

    This is exactly the kind of productions we need! Great job! Two pieces of constructive criticism:
    * Don't be afraid to use the map more often, it's ok to switch between scenes (it's even kind of cool and nicely animated). It gives a good overview if we can see it every now and then.
    * Everyone needs a good microphone, it was very hard to hear what Art was saying.

    Also can I ask whats do you use for video conferencing, hoping its easily compatible with SLOBS or OBS. Also when u show maps they dont show any Keeper info how do you do this? do you capture from a "idle player" ? Sorry I just know how to stream videogames, and tabletop RPG online its new to me, i always did it the old fashioned way when I was younger but these are new times!

      We use a Zoom call to host the video/audio and as you said, it goes into OBS. For the Roll20 game, I have two views on my PC. One is a GM window with all the info/dynamic lighting/etc. The other window is logged in on a second account with the permissions all the players have. This view sees the maps they are shown and also gets any handouts that are presented. It's the one that gets captured by OBS and displayed.
      Hope that helps!

    Is this using the MoN Egypt Syrinscape sound set?

    • @GoodShipFunTrip
      @GoodShipFunTrip 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Yes! Well, pieces of it. It's a custom sound set I put together using the Masks of Nyarlathotep collection as the base.

    Awesome session! Im thinking to get back to running CoC online since around the table t hese days is very difficult. Is Chaosium going to release others campaigns/scenarios for Roll20? Horror on the orient express, Masks of Nyarlathotep, Unseen Masters Doors to Darkness, Mansions of Madness they all would be great if you guys sold it too for Roll20.

      Thanks for watching! If you do end up running CoC, good luck! - We are absolutely going to be releasing more content on the Roll 20 platform. Keep an eye out! We hope to have news on that front soon.
