@@KeshDaBesh sumo only has a shorter range of motion if your leverages favor you or you have an extremely wide stance, also power of the legs can be used as much as sumo on conventional. if you have long arms and/or short torso and you do conventional, you will use more legs. if you have short arms and/or long torso and use conventional, you will use more back. same goes for sumo. also, mobility has to be taken into factor for sumo. sumo requires you to be able to exert force with a position requiring good flexibility and mobility. this makes the lift more technically difficult, and roughly the same in terms of strength.
@TH-cam_Is_Soft_Asf i agree with you on that one, an extremely wide stance is cheating the ROM aggressively. a normal sumo stance (feet slightly outside hands) is practically the same difficulty as a conventional deadlift (depending on the person)
