here people are talking about hygiene and same people consume chickens and turkeys produced and raised in very very dirty conditions. in fact they put something in a$$ of turkey and cook it and later eat it. I saw it in Mr bean show. So improve conditions of your food first

It all makes sense when you see it going to the fish market. Big blocks like that are pretty much the earliest ice making technique as far as I know.
