I have been on site 21 days so far and it's not all together yet due to parts delays and the recent hurricane and weather.

why does the engine come out of the engine room onto the open deck with no protection from the weather, lowering the engine into the bed of a large refrigeration plant or gas compressing plant ???????????????????????????
