I gotta be honest, I would never expect Batu Gajah to be such an exciting town. Right next to the KTM station, there's this new shopping destination Silver Lakes Village Outlet that is such an amazing architecture on it's own. The economics of the town has also changed ever since CRCC established their office here.
Separated by a brand new highway, Spanish Garden is right opposite the shopping outlet. You'll be greeted by several stone elephants which directly means Batu Gajah in malay language. The site is just beautiful which the abundance of water body around.
With flavours of Spanish architecture, the earlier launches has been well received by the locals. I'm very surprised with the application of double height volume along with air well in a terrace house. It's immediately opens up the space however it does comes with maintenance issues. The lack of principal bathroom upstairs was really weird for me too.
My greatest concern would be the land right in front of the project. If everything turns out in accordance to plan, it would most likely be that new commercial area for the town. That will directly impact this project in terms of noise and construction but it would be great for value appreciation.

For the curtains - just don't use them or use only for the ground level windows. As for lighting, may have to install wall lights that can be more easily accessed, or use stand lamps (or are stand lamps passé for young people). Otherwise, owner will have to source for a super-high ladder used at malls or call bomba for assistance la...

Nice review again Sean. I would break the wall to second room, extend to a bigger toilet and cut the room half into a walkin wardrobe. Im so jealous about the price.

Thanks for another great review. Love the natural landscape surrounding the project. In a traditional sense, this is a 1 and a half storey house because of the height of the living room. Good thing that there were no Spanish Flies around when you were shooting the video.

Thanks for the review. I've been looking at this property before but don't have time to visit the place where currently I stay in KL. I am an ex-staff of CRRC, I just can't move on the landscape nature view around there.
So I am wanted to have my property over there. But I don't like the Spanish concept especially those tiles 🤣 if not pretty sure I am gonna buy this house hahaha. By the way, love all your property video reviews bro 👍🏻

Yes, at last, I know you gonna review Spanish Gardens because of TKB property b4. The first time I go there esp the 2 storey house, such height at entrance and also stairs kind a ganggu me a bit, but then, the moment I saw the master bedroom have to share its bathroom with others, nope, naah. The single storey have better layout plan.
