  • The ability to observe non-judgmentally what goes on inside you depends on your level of awareness. In this video, Eckhart discusses our primary purpose - to awaken into the new consciousness that is evolving on the planet - and how this process of awakening comes down to making daily life your continual practice.

    When i started feeling the power of presence, i stopped needing a therapist. Realising i no longer need to talk about "my life" or "my past" and understand it. It all became pointlness. 😂

      How did you do that the feeling of presence?

    • @AnisQiz
      @AnisQiz 2 ปีที่แล้ว +168

      @@raphaelcalinga5355 it started accidentally, after attending 4-day personal development seminar.
      4 days in a row, seminar started at 9am till 11pm, where you are intensely listening, writing, and so on. No time to be in your head and let the usual throughts gush through.
      So on 5th day, seminar was over, i woke up feeling ALIVE. Tingling. everything was brighter. I felt free.
      By the end of the week that feeling left. And i wondering how it happened and why it happened.
      +1 year later after reading POwer of Now, i realised that i had that feeling because i stopped thinking.
      What changed my life was the awareness of what happened.

    *5 Ways To Raise Your Vibration:*
    1. When emotions are high, intelligence is low. Make decisions with balanced emotions.
    2. Before raising your vibrations, practice techniques like self love, gratitude and dance.
    3. Place your hands on your heart and remember all the things you're grateful for.
    4. Play some amazing music and get your body moving and when you feel the joy but your mind is a chaos.
    5. To calm your mind, take a deep breath keep on practicing and then set your intentions or wishes with the highest vibration.

    • @lastincarnation8062
      @lastincarnation8062 2 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      Wanting to raise our vibration is a defense mechanism of the ego. There`s no transcendence in it, just a perpetual dance between highs and lows, between two ego identities in conflict with each other. One part is that which generates the so-called “low vibrations” with its core beliefs and negative automatic thoughts, and the other part is that which judges and resists these thoughts and the feelings, the “vibrations”, created by the thoughts, due to its limiting beliefs and conditionings. The one that resists the state it’s experiencing in the present moment and wants to control it, to escape into more pleasant states it decides it should have instead. Listen to @1:24 for an example of two ego parts arguing with each other. We have lots of these internal parts that form an internal family system of false ego identities. But this attachment to control and to desired experiences doesn’t remove the cause of the - what this spiritual ego part labels as - “low frequencies”. And therefore those “lower” states will keep coming back. They will keep, what this limited spiritual ego perceives as, “intruding” into its desired experience. This spiritual ego part that masquarades as a true spiritual self, is itself filled with unconscious fear, and wanting to be good enough. Its purpose in the ego structure is that of protection from realizing the core wound of the part it’s resisting, while having its own limiting identity beliefs. It’s a never-ending struggle between two false identities with no hope for ultimate transcendence on this level of awareness. Both parts need to be observed and disidentified from so both lose their grip on our attention. Then who we really are can finally emerge.

    Crazy to think that in not knowing there is peace. Presence is everything. With presence we extend ourselves, and with thought we limit ourselves. Presence allows for us to seep into everything without becoming anything. I like how the greatest philosopher was the one who was fine in not knowing, it seems that people have a different conception nowadays of a philosopher.

    Find out what the ego is. The words or phrases it likes to throw around makes it easy to spot. I and me are frequently heard. "Who do you think you are?'', " That's not fair", "What about me?". Start there and you will get better at it over time. It consists of all the opinions of you by everyone you have ever met. This collection of opinions is mistakenly taken to be who we really are.

    Reading Eckhart's books and listening to him speak helps one to over time move into thought free awareness. In most people, and in my journey, glimpses appear in awareness of what he is talking about. As one continues, awarenes grows stronger and the thought created sense of self grows weaker. As one focuses morre on this becoming, activities in the world will slow down but not necessarily stop. The time spent in meditation and contemplation becomes the most precious times of the day and this awareness becomes strong enough to stay there at all times whether there are thoughts and activity in the world or not.

    Thank you, Eckhart! This lecture reminds me of the teachings of the 4th way! Self observation, in the moment and with impartiality....no judgement....in that moment "I AM"....❤️

    I have been interested in Tolle ever since I stumbled upon The Power of Now many years ago now. I have screened quite a few of the TH-cam videos. So much of what he says makes sense, but at the same time, there has always been something that nagged me about all of it, and I could not put my finger on it. Then, it suddenly, recently came to me that the observation that Tolle speaks of, and all the rest, sounds a lot like dissociation, and in the U.S. at least, that is considered a pathological state. Anyone else think bout this?

    I began this journey in search of my truth of my past. This has come to pass, I'm at peace with this awareness. Others should follow suit, ending their discontent.

    Space is nothing. And yet nothing is full of life, yet to be. I am as I am, I am nothing, the ending and the beginning, is timeless space.

    Affirmation to help: I consciously observe my thoughts throughout the day. Say it 3 times in the mirror for 21 days. 3 times in the morning, 6 times at lunch and 9 times before bed. For supercharge effects, write it down as well.
