I've recently realized one trick to get rid of anxiety is to treat it like a wave in the ocean. If you run from it the wave will catch you and take you with it. But if you just allow yourself to feel the anxiety and accept it, the wave will lift you up but it will pass through you and you won't have to go for a ride. More waves may come but as long as you allow yourself to feel them they won't completely take you.

When I watch anxiety and acknowledge it without trying to think my way out of it, it usually dissipates and goes. It's like giving a child attention.

Since i started suffering intense anxiety during summer of 2021, a family friend recomended me The Power Of Now. Suddenly, while reading the first or second chapter, I started feeling in peace, and I knew that was my beginning of my spiritual path in order to reach my inner peace. And here I am, almost a year later, with all that I have learned, feeling much better. I know my journey will be longer, but for now, I can feel things I have never felt before.
So never give up on your spiritual path, because it cannot be stopped, only slowed down by the ego, but the ego will eventually disolve. Have a beautiful day

      Thank You,
      for reminder,
the ego, (egoic mind, persona, & voice in the head) was made to dissolve 🌑🌒🌓🌔🌕🌖🌗🌘🌑
like that last line in Pink Floyd, Dark Side of the Moon
"there is no dark side of the moon...it's all dark!."
the metaphor (to me) being that the moon=individual mind,
the moon has no light of its own, its only illumination is borrowed/reflected from the sun,
      sun=soul/spirit/god.

Those health challenges serve as great motivation.
Currently, because I don’t want my pain, anger, confusion etc……to manifest in my body, it serves me in changing my mind, not identifying with thoughts.
I don’t want to get sick as a result.
      Powerful deterrent.
Law of the universe: For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction.
It will get better, even by default.

What are the thoughts while you feel the fear?
Excessive control of the future moments?
    Imaginary scenarios?
Your body can’t tell the difference between actual events and your thoughts.
    Thanks Eckhart. 4 February 2024. 🏃🐥😎🐇🌴🖖😇🍺👍🏻🐎🌺

I still can’t handle the anxieties in the night, it is terrible and my thoughts are just running there is no chance to step out, but I try. The weird thing is that I feel like cleansed in the morning. It is also after a time of feeling disconnected and having thoughts of suicide which of course are just thoughts I would never do that, but these thoughts of course are very negatively charged. But as I said the next morning that is gone and I feel more connected and inspired.

I am grateful that my life is changing course in a positive new direction. And I will use my intuition to take the next steps on this beautiful new path in my life to fully receive all the goodness I have earned with my karma and hard work.

I don’t think you “earn” goodness in your life that’s kind of a self centered way to see things it takes away from doing good deeds

I suffer from non diagnosed fysicall pain for 20 years which sometimes really exhausts me. Although I live a "normal" life most don't know that I'm in pain a lot and also in fear for periods of time which all is a real struggle. Its my cross I think. I just hope God won't be mad at me for being unhappy sometimes while other have it wors.

Eckhart Tolle said that the circumstances of your life exist only in our mind. We should understand that our life is separate from our life situation, and don't let our life situation take over our entire life.
Remember to stay present, alive, and open-minded.

I so agree without going into detail, there are times when I can’t fathom my current life situation. It seems so difficult.
Nevertheless, there are experiences & depths of awareness and consciousness that I’ve never dreamed possible.🙏🏼🙏🏼 to ET and other spiritual guides. I am blessed.

I have learned to avoid thinking at all while constantly monitoring whatever thoughts might show up. Unfortunately, I can very easily get into a catatonic state of not thinking and doing nothing to solve the necessary issue that needs to be solved. Luckily, presence shows up and provides me instructions on the steps to take to solve the situation. I use meditation and prayer. When the problem arised , I comfronted and accepted it but the next task was to solve an issue that I had not expected on which I was given by outside sources a time interval to have it solved and solutioned. It has been unpleasant and fear plus anxiety attempt to steal my peace of mind. I just rely on affirmative prayers and positive thinking. I happen to be at the time dealing with the unexpected situation.

How can yo make the diffrence between reality and an imaginary situation? In the mind both feel as real. The fear, anxiety, sadness, etc that is generated is as strong as in a real as it can be

Somehow the video that arises is the one that I need to hear in this moment. I am so grateful for these offerings. When I listen to Eckhart he resonates with me which is comforting as most of what he discusses I am hungry to hear discussed and yet it is not possible with most people I know. Lately I find myself so exhausted that I just have to rest frequently. I wonder if others are having this experience? Yielding to "I don't know " is my desire to be free of rumination about what the future holds. Never ceases to amaze me how challenging I find it to remain in the present moment free of following thoughts. Constant vigilance again and again is required to not be swept away. Practice practice practice I guess.

The fear-thoughts are like a hurricane or totnado. If you can get directly through to the eye of the storm everything quiets. Other times (most of the time) I get caught by the winds though and I’m thrown about. 🌪🤪

The nail is hit on the head at 4:05 when he says that nothing really happening but it’s my imagination. We really lose the distinction between reality and imagination that’s the key and we try to fight an imagined demon which we will never win over
This clip reveals that clearly. Thanks for this valuable message
